The room i was in also had roachs come from the joint under the wall behind the toliet. The tub barely drained water while in the shower, the toliet also struggle to flush the water that was in it. Other then that the hotel is in a location surrounded by food and stores.

Friendly staff, close to grocery, fast food, bank etc. close to lake keowee. Could have been cleaner,our feet were dirty just walking on the floor barefoot and trying to wipe water off the floor after coming in from the pool turned the towel brown, so the floors were definitely not getting mopped between guests. We were on ground level and came out after dark and the amount of spiders and spiderwebs kept us from walking out there the following night 😆 someone needs to take a broom around. But overall it was a reasonable price and place to stay. If it was cleaned/better maintained I wouldn't have had anything negative to say.

Lisa was great getting us checked in! She was very kind and easy to talk to. It was surprisingly clean for a lower end hotel. Obviously it’s not the greatest place I’ve stayed but it’s definitely not the worst. It was good for a cheap, last minute stay. I would stay again if needed.

There were mouse droplets and dead bugs all over our room. I have never stayed in such a filthy place. We want a REFUND’

floor was so dirty that you had to wear shoes, sock feet would turn black floor was coming apart in many places couch had dirt/ dust and alot of stuff on it smells like an ash tray water was brown stuff all over the sidewalks where people sit outside their rooms One of the rooms we rented for my mother had sewage backing up into the sink when they took a shower the breakfast area had children who lived in the motel digging into everything before they got on the school bus that picked them up in the parking lot entrance. (which doesn't bother me about them living there or the school bus but going through all the food was unsanitary and should have been supervised) we had reserved for two nights and we arrived later in the afternoon, when we seen the property we asked the front desk if we could cancel because of the conditions of the motel and they refused. We asked for a refund for the next night and they refused. We paid two nights and only stayed one. That was an expensive mistake. The pictures on the website were misleading and they said they had renovated which was a lie. Worse experience ever with a motel. We also contacted expedia and have yet to receive anything back .

Rooms were clean pool was clean staff was very accommodating room stayed nice and cool. LOTS of store and food options close by, walking distance.

The people in Senaca were outstanding, particularly Christie. She was super helpful!

The outside property was disgraceful. There were cigarette butts everywhere in the grass and parking lot! The floor of the room was dirty. The parking lot and road noise was disturbing at times. Bed was comfortable.

I was exactly what I thought it would be and that is fine. I had given a check out time of 11am on the online form, had a do not disturb hung on the door and house keeping still knicked on the door at 9am to ask if we were checking out that day. ?

This property is not what the pictures show. The beds are not comfortable and squeak every time you move. The locks on doors need to be replaced so do doors. They remodeled but the bathroom is so small where shower and toilet is that you have to go in and stand on far side of toilet to close the door, then when you sit down the toilet paper roll is right in your face. They should have taken out the nasty sink that doesn't drain unless you make sure the plug is turned on its side, then put in smaller one and added room to the shower and toilet area. No iron or ironing board. And as I said it is nothing like the pictures especially the lobby and area for breakfast. I will never stay there again and will tell everyone I know not to.

They did a wonderful job getting us right in so we could get ready for a college graduation. The only thing I didn't like was the layout of the toilet and shower. You could barely move in there

Room size was nice, bed was comfy & the pool was clean and enjoyable Stains on the couch and overflowing garbage cans near the ice machines. Also thermostat on AC set to certain temp and I couldn’t adjust temperature in my room(although it was kept at a comfortable temp)
