Seward Windsong Lodge

We had a 2 night stay at the property. Helpful staff, restaurant onsite available for early breakfast buffet before lots of guests catch ships in town for excursions to national park. Property has a cafe which is nice and even fridges out front of rooms with ice bags for picnics, coolers, etc... Would stay again, conveniently located just 5 minutes outside downtown. The complimentary shuttle to downtown for activities & restaurants is very convenient too.

Property is spotless! Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any request. Parking is close to rooms and the laundry facility is on site and clean.

Amazing view from our room and the staff are very nice! Rooms are very clean and well maintained.

Very lovely setting nestled in trees away from town. The restaurant was terribly crowded so we didnt eat there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great staff and very flexible when our plans changed due to weather, which we were very appreciative of. Lovely grounds and setting and shuttle makes getting to town easy.

Beautiful location, very comfortable room. Only downside was a gentleman at the front desk lacked customer service skills and was rather grumpy. Seemed as if our business was a big inconvenience to him. Everyone else we interacted with was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms. 15 min drive from exit glacier. Peaceful atmosphere and good staff and housekeeping.

Good hotel

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Seaward, the premium cabins are spacious and well appointed, with a good coffee maker, their is a good shuttle bus service to the small boat harbour and downtown which runs every hour. We would stay there again, should we every be lucky enough to come back to Seaward, Alaska.

We stayed one night I will definitely come visit again.

An all around fantastic place to stay and loved having the restaurant there.

Staff was AMAZING! Restaurant was AWFUL. The property itself has detached buildings spread out over a large space and the rooms feel more like cabins than hotel rooms.The cleaning of the room wasn’t great with hair in corners of bathroom and smeared mirror. I didn’t like that it was isolated miles from town & would not stay here again. Staff was great & delivered wonderful & friendly service especially Jimmy the shuttle driver. However, I didn’t like the property or accommodations. It was the wrong choice for me.

We spent just one night here, and the staff were warm and very accommodating. The room was both roomy and cozy. We will certainly come back.

Great property. The rooms were clean, a little small, but functional. Breakfast at the restaurant was good and provided a quick meal before we started our day. Definitely a hidden gem!

On site restaurant was convenient as was the coffee shop in the lobby in the morning. Rooms are a bit dated, bathroom is small but the room has everything you need and the rustic nature of the property is charming
