There was a roaches in my room

It was a good value for the money

Convenient place to stop, restaurants are close.

The property does not have an elevator, so if you require assistance with luggage or have mobility concerns, I would recommend requesting a room on the ground floor. The staircase was quite dirty and did not appear to be cleaned or vacuumed regularly. The pool area was also extremely loud, even when only a few children were present. The location is a definite positive, with convenient access to nearby shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming. While cereal was available, my son wanted milk for it and we were unable to find any. Very hot in the dining area for a minimum amount of "warm" food options. Overall, you get what you pay for. I would recommend this hotel only if you need a basic place to sleep, shower, and spend most of your day away from the property.

This was exactly what you would expect out of this chain of hotels. Clean, comfortable, welcoming… But nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was helpful and the rooms were spacious. There were no surprises and everything you need for a great night stay is there.

It looked like the lobby had been cleared out of everything but a few pieces of furniture. The ice maker was broken and the staff pointed in a direction to tell me where the pool was because the ice maker by itself worked. The outlets in my room didn’t work so everything that I put to charge over night didn’t charge. The carpet was stained, and since I had my dog, I didn’t want any charges for cleaning because my dog didn’t mess in the room at all. The door to all the rooms looked like they needed painting and they were dented so it looked like someone had tried to enter without the key.

The room did not get cool enough to sleep comfortable. The staff did give me a fan to use to help, but I would have rather not had to bug them about it at 3:00 am. The Continental breakfast was average. No meats. The maintenance on the room was of poor workmanship. The painting around the trim was quite unsightly. Overall, I will probably pick a more updated hotel in the future.

For a family traveling for sports, this hotel is consistently helpful, clean and the breakfast isn’t bad but the best part is the rates, still very reasonable.
