Everything about this hotel was great. From check in, to the day we left. Fun personable front desk help. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. We would for sure stay here again.

Disappointing

My husband thought it was very nice. I didn’t have breakfast The bathroom. No space to put my stuff.

The location & parking were good. The staff were nice & the room was fine. It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t immaculately clean. It was fine for the location & to stay for one night for a concert, but it was a little expensive for the condition of everything. That said, it was the cheapest option.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and clean well-stocked lobby/breakfast area. Easy to get to Gillette Stadium. If parking on the stadium-side of Route 1, police force all exiting traffic South. So after the event it’s best to just camp out a couple of hours in the parking lot to wait for them to open up northbound traffic from the stadium.

Best amenities was the breakfast. Only situation was the housekeeping of rooms that was done every 4-5 days and only occurred upon my request. Once requested it was done the same day. Employees who cleaned the rooms were very polite and helpful.

It was a perfect location for the BTS concert at Gillette Stadium Nothing- it was great

Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and shower worked well. Great location for Foxborough and staff made a point of putting music from the concert group on in the lobby. Appreciated there was information for a shuttle option to the show. Room was dirty upon arrival (dust and dirt in some places, booger on the wall of the bathroom, hair in multiple places). TV had apps on it but nothing worked. AC did not work well at dehumidifying, everything in our room was wet. Refrigerator ended up freezing the food that was in it.

The breakfast was great! Lots to choose from. And the breakfast area was well maintained.

The room appeared clean at check-in and staff was friendly. The place appeared very run down on the exterior. There were no towels available on day 2 of our 4-day stay. We never received room service for towels or other amenities even after requesting multiple times. The staff responded incredibly rude to others I was traveling with regarding the need for towels and linens. Breakfast was marginal with limited options compared to other hotels. The workout facility was dirty and poorly managed - there were no towel available there either, no water and no method to wipe down equipment after use. The little equipment there was poorly maintained.

It took 30 minutes to check us in

The manager of the hotel ((David?) was helpful and friendly. The woman who was working the front desk when I checked out was also friendly and helpful. The man who was working the front desk when I checked in was unfriendly and dismissive. He didn’t give me necessary information (what time was breakfast available). The room had one drawer for clothes - very inadequate. The room was in need of refurbishing. The mattress was comfortable.
