The Inn at Shasta Lake

We had a wonderful stay! The dinner last night and the breakfast this morning have been first rate. It is so nice to have the food delivered to our room. The bed is very comfortable too. I appreciate the small touches you provide such as the robes and cloth napkins for meals as well as toothbrushes and razors, etc. for use as needed. We love the train sounds and were not at all bothered by the freeway. Thank you. We would absolutely stay here again.

Located near I5 in a secluded forested area and well maintained. Peace and quiet is all around and if you’re alert you might see numerous deer roaming the property.

Breakfast was great. It was delivered right to the room. The room was a great size and very comfortable.

Very close to Lake Shasta Caverns. Lots of communication. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

Pleasurable night stay definitely would recommend and stay again. Hot Tub in room, and breakfast delivered was great. Very clean and spacious unit.

The setting is beautiful, secluded and calm the room is amazing with the deck to sit outside and sip coffee, Very easy check in breakfast was such a treat and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Definitely would stay again

This place is truly a hidden gem! The room was immaculate, but still very welcoming and cozy. Max waited in the lobby to greet me and make sure that I had everything I needed upon my arrival. They were very accommodating and helpful when I asked for an earlier breakfast, and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here!

Really really great place! Very clean, was surprised at how nice the room was especially with having to be in a pet friendly one. And having a complimentary breakfast delivered to our room in the morning was something I've never experienced before! Absolutely loved it

GREAT PLACE! Staff was great to work with and communicated directly with me with details about my stay. The room was perfect. I ordered an evening meal and it was delivered to my door. Breakfast was included and I filled out a form with breakfast selections and gave that to the staff. Breakfast was delivered to my room at the time I requested and was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again.

Overall, good. did not like I can hear travelers walking loudly above my room and up down stairs as well. Couldn’t get my breakfast delivered by 8am sharp so had no meal as had to leave by 8:15am amd caught a large black spider crawling underneath sink area in bathroom. Otherwise, room was nice and bed very comfortable.

Wonderful stay! CLEAN!!!!!

We took a driving trip up and back to the San Juan Islands with our dog. We stayed in 4 hotels total. This was the worst. They sent 6 emails, 6 texts, and called us to discuss check-in. It was ridiculous. I was on vacation! It appears they want no contact with guests. Our cabin was in the middle of a renovation. No siding, Construction tape all over the patio and ladders outside the windows obstructing any view. The train is close and quite loud- especially at 2am. Walking our dog around the property had garbage and other debris. It is family owned and they do try. The inside of our cabin was clean and had a very nice bathroom. However, I feel a cabin with a kitchenette should have a few plates and utensils.

Outstanding room and VERY outstanding staff

The property was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. Our host was extremely kind, responded quickly to our questions, and went the extra mile to accommodate us. There aren’t any nearby restaurants or markets within walking distance, but the property offers pizza and mostly vegetarian Indian dishes. One Indian meal with an extra naan was enough for two of us. Breakfast was selected the night before and delivered to our room in the morning. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and great value for money.
