Casino was fun and we won

Room was clean, no bar by the pool like it states, other then that overall it was relaxing.

The pool was much smaller than it appears in the photos. But we were on a long road trip and the price was right. We are not gamblers so didn’t care for the casino. But I did enjoy the beverage bar in the casino and made us root beer floats for dessert.

The rooms feel slightly dated, specifically the AC units that were quite noisy turning on and off. They didn't really bother us, but some could find the noise bothersome. It was hard to find on the website, but the facility DOES have a pool... located on the 3rd floor that is pretty neat. Not big, but fun. Be aware of times on the attached restaurants/cafes, as we got "bit" by wanting to go and enjoy some of them only to find them closed b/c we went too late in the day (the Cafe) or trying to go on a Sunday (The Brazilian Steakhouse). Staff were very helpful and respectful, and the spa was wonderful for my wife and pretty decent on cost.

Amazing hotel though the majority of the staff did not speak English so that made things a little difficult at times, but it was a fabulous stay.

Food was terrible.

Rooms were great, staff was helpful, outside property very well kept, didn't utilize the casino or bar. Went for the pool which we didn't get to use because it was storming that night.

The flame restaurant was great, hotel was clean all the staff were very friendly

​​The front desk staff were wonderful. They were a saving grace. The housekeeping team does a stellar job. Our room was impeccably clean upon arrival. It was a relief to walk into a space that was well-sanitized and tidied. Once you step out of the room, the quality decline becomes obvious. Every amenity & feature that once made this hotel a premier choice now feels like an afterthought. Extended wait for tables while looking out over half-empty dining rooms is not just an inconvenience; it is a signal of poor management and a lack of adequate staffing. The attitude of the hostess at the Brazilian steakhouse was something to be greatly desired, greatly. ​It's disheartening to see such decline of what used to be a guest-oriented establishment. It's lost its edge, and it's no longer holding itself to the high standard for which it was once known. ​If you are looking for a clean hotel, you will find it, thanks to the housekeeping team. However, if you are looking for the full service, quality amenities, and all-inclusive hospitality that this brand once promised, you will leave disappointed.

Clean, spacious room. Nice, helpful staff.

I loved this casino. I left with money. Lol. Machine are spaced nicely apart. It's all smoking but they must have very good ventilation. A lady was smoking a cigar and I didn't smell it. Rooms were clean.

It was a great stay, clean rooms very easy check-in.. The pool wasn’t open yet but still had a great time.. Food was good too
