Easy access to the location I needed to be at. I wasn’t able to have my last day refunded (than I didn’t need, I left a day early).

Property very dark, dirty and dingy. Room smelled like smoke despite sign proclaiming "absolutely no smoking" at the front desk.

No one was available when I went to check in, but they have a telephone to use that signals them. Desk clerk was pleasant and check in was fast. Room was clean and cool, no critters and towels and sheets were clean External noise was at a minimum, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Sheboygan is a nice little town and has everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was adequate and check out quick.

Had a reservation for a room with a king bed. At check in they asked me if I was traveling alone and then gave me a room with a small bed. The room did not have a room number on door or required hotel notices on inside of door. Furniture was old and worn and not like other rooms. Seemed like a spare room or employee room. I asked to be changed to another room which they did, but this left a bad taste for sure.

Good budget hotel. Clean and quiet. Best part was the super friendly front desk staff.

The ONE main positive fact regarding THIS hotel is the LOCATION. Everything else about THIS hotel was awful: the facilities, amenities, and the furniture were in very poor condition. I did not feel comfortable at all during my entire stay! I had to report to the front desk that people were knocking on my door whom I did not invite. I reported concern regarding my safety to the front desk! This was supposed to be a NON-SMOKING hotel, but I reported that my hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke and MOLD upon first arriving at my room.

The room had a bad odor of a bug spray. I don't know if they sprayed before we got there. I don't know. We had to open the window for a few hours to get that smell out of the room. Price was good
