Great location off 64. Front desk staff were amazing. The pool was really nice. The room was exactly the right location I prefer. My granddaughter got to have popcorn they serve in the lobby. The bed and pillows were great, so comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast, but my granddaughter did, it looked really good. Every time I stay here I enjoy the stay!

No elevators in the building. The air conditioning would not cool below 77° coffee maker in the breakfast area did not work drinking fountains did not work. Most of the carpet in the building appears to be at the end of its life cycle.

Super staff @ check in and breakfast. Great outdoor pool if you're into that and the weather is nice. Appreciated the fitness room too. Good breakfast. Minimalist bedding.
-
Outdoor pool was very clean. Room was inexpensive and just as comfortable as other places where it cost double.

Breakfast was great. Ice machine was broken. No elevator to help get suitcases upstairs. No flexibility for early entry to the pool. No towels available when we went to the pool during open hours. Light switch was near the ceiling above the bed.

Also, a woman who worked in the dining room, made me put my dog back into our room eventhough I explained he was my service animal. It may have been a language barrier ( she had broken english) but she didn't budge about it. I took food and went back to the room with my dog. I was very disappointed. I know what the ADA laws are, but I didn't wish to make a huge fuss. I think the employees need to be better educated on things like that. I'm sure we won't be back.

There was no clock in the room. Bath towels were very thin and sized more for children.

Nice location to Louisville and the Bulleit Distillery. Our room was very clean, bed comfy, and the pool hit the spot. A good value for the money and location!

Breakfast was gone - construction workers are everything - we had to go to Mc Donalds

The room was clean and safe. The clerk found me a first floor room. Breakfast was great.

Clean, comfortable room. Had a king size bed, which was a plus. Like in most hotels, the pillows were flat; wish we'd brought our home. Housekeeping only provided towels, which was okay. AC worked well. No elevator to second floor, but they providedr us with a first floor room. Breakfast was typical hotel fare.

It was misleading as advertised on the website, I was charged an additional $150 that was not disclosed to me until I arrived, immediately asked for a cancelation and refund and was told no. Reported it to booking.com and they told me they were also unable to help, will never use this site ever again.

We went up to our room, only to find German cockroaches in the bathroom, by the fridge, by the desk, and by the beds. We went downstairs and asked for a refund but since we booked with booking.com they said they would have to contact the hotel. Booking has stated they have tried to contact the hotel but the hotel will not respond. I contacted the hotel today and they said no refund will be given since I booked with booking.com. For only being at the hotel 10 minutes and to find all those cockroaches. You would think I would get my money back. I give this hotel a zero.

I brought breakfast to the room. Within two minutes of sitting my cup down, a roach was crawling toward it on the dresser. Before that, I had taken a sip and it tasted spoiled as did the waffle I made. The bed seemed clean though I wouldn’t have slept there knowing roaches were a problem. The outside pool was like a pond. I’m not sure if they don’t take care of it or it is just getting opened for the season. The hotel doesn’t smell great either.
