The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and amiable. The drapes in the room were too long and covered the vents of the heating/cooling unit restricting the air flow.

Clean spacious room but overly deodorized. Nice shower/bathroom. No pool or breakfast there but nice outdoor seating area and grills. Seems to be meant for extended stay and those who want to cook a light meal.

Well worth the stay. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Clean and spacious suites. Although I didn’t have small children with me, I had a teenager, so a pool would have been nice and a small playground for the little ones. Very nice place. I will return for future stays

Location was good - right off the highway. Hotel seemed pretty new, very clean, staff was friendly. Room was nice - had a great kitchen area. My one real complaint - the TV setup is a time warp back to the 1990's. The TV was locked to a very poor cable service, using a channel guide that was an actual channel just scrolling what was on the various channels, which you then manually typed in the channel number. The remote was some generic thing that barely worked the TV. No streaming, poor channel selection - it's 2026, how does a new hotel not have streaming in the rooms? And with the generic remote, you couldn't even hook up your own Roku stick as there was no way to change inputs.

I requested a refund as I searched for a hotel in Shelbyville Indiana and received Kentucky. Front desk promised to refund but she didn’t . Do YOU see Kentucky anywhere?!?! It just says Shelbyville, an IHG property, USA Very misleading. Very wrong. I’m don’t using booking.com if this is what they do
