Sweet Dreams B&B

Sweet dreams bed and breakfast made our stay in Sherman Oaks very special. It was so clean, comfortable, fun and relaxing! The hosts are so kind and thoughtful. I loved all the amenities available. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and garden area. Breakfast was lovely every morning! Thank you Amy for being such a kind and thoughtful host. 10/10

The backyard was beautiful and serene and very relaxing. You really couldn’t ask for anything more from this Airbnb. Finding it hard to think of anything I really didn’t like about the property. Everything was wonderful.

Our daily breakfast were fantastic. Bed was comfortable. The shower and hot water was plentiful and we look forward to our next visit here.

My wife & I stayed in the larger King Suite and were pleased with the size of the room and the amenities it offers. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean and well laid out. Lots of hooks for clothing and towels and two luggage racks so we didn’t even unpack our suitcases though the room has a nice large closet for hanging clothes. Our hosts were both very friendly and Amy is a great chef and made us delicious breakfasts. We both highly recommend Sweet Dreams B&B to anyone traveling in the SF Valley, Hollywood or LA.

I loved all the little personal touches everywhere. Amy made sure that we had all of the comforts of home. Their outdoor pool and garden is beautiful. She and Shay are wonderful hosts. I will be returning to their home when we visit California again. That we had to leave. ?

I enjoyed my stay here I was able to decompress and relax from a long day of school Nothing that I really did not enjoy but if I had to mention something it would be the gate slamming during entry and closing.

Location is great to drive to all the nearby attractions. Neighborhood is very quiet at night. Breakfast, made to order, was a real treat in the morning. Trish was a great host. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there is plenty in the area.

Breakfast was outstanding. Just like in a nice restaurant. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Many thoughtful items in the room - suitable for traveling guests, and much more than a hotel would provide.

The owner Amy was very kind and accommodating. She made sure to communicate every night to schedule breakfast every morning. The room was clean and quaint. There is a beautiful patio where you can eat breakfast and also a nice swimming pool. It wasn't hot enough during my stay to go swimming, but it looked very inviting. I will definitely return when I come back to visit.

Amy is a wonderful, welcoming host! She provides cook to order breakfasts at guest selected times, and leaves snacks, coffee, and filtered water in the rooms. Staying at Sweet Dreams B&B feels like home.

The proprietor could not have been more welcoming & attentive. The King Suite was clean & comfortable & well-appointed. We could walk to Ventura Blvd & easily drive to places beyond. We would happily return & highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Amy and Trish were so hospitable and helpful with recommendations and local advice. The breakfasts were amazing and they were happy to cater for dietary requirements, going above and beyond. The suite was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed, including appliances and cutlery, teas, etc. The outside space was also wonderful for enjoying the California sunshine in the mornings. Thank you all for a fantastic stay.
