The location was easily found and close to where my event was located. The staff were friendly and the pool area was the main reason we stayed there compared to other nearby location.

Couldn’t get the tv to work. Staff tried multiple times and still couldn’t get it to work. Had to use our personal hotspot and ps5 to watch tv. No clear signs anywhere when the slide was open or closed. We booked it purposely for the slide and kid pool. Had we known it wasn’t open on Sunday mornings we wouldn’t have booked here. The kid pool water fountain was broke. Staff was never at the desk. Overall not a great experience.

Everything was mediocre. The staff was absolutely horrible. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Location Bathroom plugged, let the front desk know before leaving for the day, 10 hours later it was not fixed and was told to use the bathroom on level 1 as they didn't have anyone to fix it even though they had all day to fix it. We asked to speak with manager, was told that it was too late to call her (10pm) and were not able to get us another room or place us in another hotel. We ended up leaving, was also charged $100 surcharges and not sure why. Will never recommend this place

Housekeeping was also very good. Breakfast was better than I expected, except for not having any milk on Tuesday and Wednesday; and on Thursday there was a gallon of milk sitting on the counter (not on ice) and was 3 days past the 'buy date'. The fitness room had 2 sets of dumbbells, of 8 & 10 pounds, along with a few machines. Needs heavier dumbbells.

Would not stay here again. 1. Room was very soso as far as clean. 2. Only provide room cleaning every three days. 3. The toilet paper was the worst we have ever experienced. 4. We need to cut our stay by 1 day and they would not refund our money for the last day even though more than 24 hours notice were given.

Staff was not customer service focused. Part of pool was shut down.

Pool features not available without specific request. Some pool features were not available at all.

Suspicious charges to my credit card. Pool water slide caused injuries to my two sons, kids pool wasn’t open, jacuzzi temperature was lukewarm.

Everything was great except when we arrived there was no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes or so with no phone number to contact or anything.

Anytime you went to the front desk no one was there and you had to wait 15 - 20 minutes

Breakfast was good and the outdoor by the fire pit was nice. One staff member was rude in the pool. We were not allowed to have any kind of drinks in the pool area. It was disappointing as we were there for a tournament and would have been nice to hydrate in the hot tub.

Front desk staff often unavailable. No common area in the hotel for a group to sit down and eat. ( other than breakfast).

Internet was okay, but kept getting slow. The hot tub wasn't hot around 8pm. When I let the staff know they said it would be until the next morning until maintenance would be able to change the temperature. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable.
