Great workout room! Pools...not so much. Maintenance required 50% of the stay

Pool was freezing and hot tub was warm at best. We stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. Water slide wasn't available on Monday and the hot tub was just as cold as the pool that morning.

Same comments as last stay. The pool was dirty with kids carving words in the grime.

Asked & verified 3 times that the pool Whirlpool were working. Once prior to booking, 2on the way, 3 before registering & told they were. Tube was locked & they did open that up. Whirlpool was cold & never was it remedied while we there.

Pool is too cold for old joints and arthiritus Breakfast should start at the same time everyday. Missed Monday but the very kind attendent gave me some leftovers We asked to a cot and didn't get it. We decided not to pursue it.

For the price it was good.

Room was clean and quiet, and bed was comfortable. Location was generally very accessible. Staff welcomed us on arrival and was very helpful to answer our questions. For the price, it provides adequate value.

The breakfast topped off the stay. It was one of the worst I have experienced. I tried the waffle maker and the waffles tasted sour. I am not sure if the batter had gone bad or what. I tried to make toast and it only toasted on one side. The generic peanut butter was also poor. The coffee was mediocre at best. We stay in the area frequently, but we will not stay here again.

The stay was good. The slide for the pool wasn’t turned on and operating all the time and the hot tub jets didn’t work at all.

Waters ice cold, not comfortable to swim, rates weren’t adjusted to what I was promised.

Walls were dinged up and covered with mismatched paint. The light bulbs were different shades of white. There wasn’t very good air circulation. The return air vents were filthy with layers of dust. Carpets were filthy. Toilet broke, had to flush manually.

The carpet in the room had stickiness in spots, the bed was so hard I had to go buy a pad and the tv I had to unplug the hdmi and plug it back in every time I wanted to watch. The swim pool was so dirty looking I refused to get in it. The hallway smelt like pot. The breakfast floor was usually sticky, they didn’t clean it well when someone spilt. I wouldnt stay there again.

As I was a volunteer at a golf tournament that starts way earlier than your breakfast I was not able to take advantage of having a breakfast. Very disappointing. Other than the noise out of the air conditioning unit my stay was perfect.

Exceptional

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is under going improvements and remodeling so there were rolls of carpet in the hallways but everything very well maintained. Room comfortable, well furnished (including mini refrigerator and microwave) and large in size. Bed comfortable. AC worked well and much needed given outdoor temperatures. Bathroom is a bit cozy :) (aka small). Location perfect for nearby family reunion. Did not use pool but it looked amazing. Also did not try free breakfast but there were a lot of people that seemed to be enjoying it.
