Comfort Inn Shreveport I-49

Really didn't like nothing about it,sheets and towel was dingy.Where they served breakfast,it was nasty, the item you pick your food up with was just laying around, the waffle maker was nasty, the counter was nasty. They need new sheets and towels.I will never go back to this hotel.

Very accommodating

No hot water in shower and bathroom floor tile was all cracked.

The owner let all his family just party all night in the parking lot& you could smell alcohol& weed. People's windows were knocked out and loud music was going all night. Hotel was a poor property. My sheets weren't changed and no one never brought us new ones.

Breakfast was ok but poorly laid out.

Body hair in the bathrooms, and the smell of weed was overpowering the moment I entered the lobby and permeated in my room and didn’t go away. Bed appeared clean and was comfortable enough.

Room #2 toilet didn’t work-TV orphone Room# 3 She tried Smelled musty tub didn’t drain when taking shower at least toilet work bed was ok Non refundable so what the heck are you supposed to do? Never again!!!!

Like the hotel but some rooms the deadbolt locks up top are missing and need to upgrade shower amenities.

The room was clean but it smelled smoky and the room felt humid and damp. The smoke detector was ripped off the wall.

I was absolutely shocked seeing the way that the food was handled. So much so that I immediately threw my plate away. The breakfast staff member was seen picking up crumbs off of the floor, putting them into her apron, and continuing to wipe down tables. She then took that same dirty rag and after moving pastries with her bare hands from one tray to the next wiped down the food trays with the rag she just used to clean the dirty tables. In between this she was seen grabbing crumbs off of the trashcan, then touching and arranging food with her bare hands. The excess gravy that had set out on the gravy ladle was scraped off and put back into the crockpot before being stirred back in. I witnessed multiple food safety handling violations. The Department of Health should be contacted.

Clean and breakfast was delicious

Staff was very nice. Bed spread was dirty, tiles loose in bathroom floor. Just overall dirty looking

Update the room

Rooms was clean miss few spots like on toilet and sink should be deeply clean all over and rims of it bt wasnt

Found mold on bed skirt

The hotel looked better than the last time I stayed there and it looked clean but my friend and I both got ate up by bedbugs and that’s a big negative in my opinion. I get hotel rooms a lot and this is one I won’t be going back to.

I was late on breakfast

not

The most unhelpful hotel staff I've experienced.
