Lauren is the best.. It’s the small things that goes unnoticed. The front staff sets a tone for the stay and it only gets better from there. My family &I have stayed here about 3 times this year. It’s always nice!!

Staff was very friendly. Every time I took a shower the bathroom flooded.

It was a good room for the night. Check in was smooth and the front desk even helped me make sure I got my pizza.

My first room's AC was malfunctioning. The second room smelled heavily of disinfectant to the point it was unconfortable.

We stay here each time we have to be in town. Great customer service and clean place to stay.

The pool wasn't to clean

The room had a small hole in wall behind door. Maybe room doir was pushed to far back when opened.

Location was good The room didn’t have a hair dryer, and housekeeping hadn’t cleaned under the bed before our arrival. The next day, I noticed trash and empty bottles underneath it.

My fridge had lots of food left in it from previous guest. Lots of construction around.

The room was nice and very cold

The room was clean. Check-in was easy. The bathroom was strange - I had an accessible room (without requesting) but the shower was kind of around the corner from the entrance and dark because there was no lighting in it. There was a LOT of traffic noise as my room backed up to I-49. I also think there were long-term guests (like stay by the month) which always makes me uncomfortable as a single traveler. The A/C couldn't keep up with the heat but it was around 100 degrees with high humidity, so that's probably not an issue all the time.

Clean property. Ill definitely stay again.

Clean and neat looking. Wall in bathroom was unfinished, as in square cut line with screws holding in place, strangest shower stall ever, no soap at sink, our room backed up to active railroad tracks. Staff was pleasant. Did not use any of the amenities.

The staff was friendly, but as soon as I walked into the room there was a huge spider on the wall, hair all in the bathroom, a roach on the floor, and the usb port didn’t work. When I turned on the shower faucet it was brown for a minute before turning clear. The area did not feel safe. Would never stay there again.
