Sleep Inn & Suites Shreveport near Medical Center

I will not stay here again. The hotel smelled like weed as soon as we walked in. It was not cleaned and you can tell it was an older hotel. The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Lastly, the breakfast was minimal and there were not many options. I wish I would have paid $30 more for a better place.

Sleep Inn is a place for travelers who want a clean, affordable place conveniently located near I 49 and King's Highway in Shreveport. It is not a boutique or luxury accommodation, but it has what you need for a restful, no-hassle place to stay.

The hotel had a great complementary breakfast, rooms were clean, and staff were friendly. The only things that needed attention was the swimming pool and exercise room. The bottom of the pool was breaking up so pieces of cement were in the pool. The exercise room had no air and a lot of the equipment was broke.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had: the rooms were all filthy, the AC units were bad, and everything smelled like weed

The breakfast was great and the staff was nice

Bad: The elevator is in desperate need of maintenance, you can feel it bumping and grinding against the side of the elevator shaft every time it passes the second floor. The stairwells aren’t a much more pleasant alternative; both of them are so musty that you will try to hold your breath and wonder if there’s a leaking pipe somewhere in the walls.

Breakfast needs some help. Coffee needed a lot of help. We were so hoping for some good community coffee or at least some brewed coffee and not instant. Parking was good mainly because they were never full while we were there. Not sure we will stay there again.

Everything was great, no complaints!

We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! Breakfast was horrible, nothing replaces when emptied seemed like the staff ate more then anyone! It was a horrible experience!

Exceptional

The only thing I liked about the property was the location. Our room was not clean and there were bedbugs. We had bites all over our bodies the next morning. The TV in our room did not work.

The cleanest of the hotel and the breakfast staff they was very helpful to me and my wife getting us breakfast That the train tracks was right behind our room and woke us up when it passed

The room had no shampoo no conditioner grounds were full of trash the pool hot tub and gym were full if unsupervised kids it was nasty and sad never again

Fast check-in Elevator took forever to move after the doors were close. Room needs a "MAJOR" update. Neighbors were extremely loud. People were slamming doors all night long and talking loud. Walls are paper thin, Air conditioner was loud, smell old and musty, rooms just need to be updated.

The staff was very courteous very attentive very clean the breakfast was awesome fresh fresh coffee every morning clean the rooms everyday if you want service just all around wonderful atmosphere if you're doing any traveling in Shreveport

Only things that needs improvement is the breakfast, it didn’t have no flavor! But everything else was great

Pool was dusgusting and stains everywhere. Vommit down the hall and in the elevator.
