The only reason why we stayed here is because it’s close to the Surgery Center as my child needed surgery the following morning and we live a couple hours away. The lobby smelt clean, however, when we made it upstairs.. The room was very damp, the bedding and pillows felt wet, carpet was not vacuumed, the room had an old smell (when we walked in the room, even my kids mentioned the smell), there was white chunks of something in the carpet, our sheets and comforter had orange stains (not terrible, but noticeable), the fridge barely put out any cool air, the bathroom floor had stains, there was no tub, only a shower (which we were scared to even shower because who knew it it had been cleaned), and the conjoining door had coffee stains all down it. You can tell that room had not been dusted in a while (especially by the mini fridge). I literally had to drive to the dollar store and get a can of air freshener to spray around the room because the smell was so horrific. The pool was out of order (which is fine - just saying). I made my kids walk with socks in the room because I didn’t know what was in the carpet. I am so tense from staying in this place, I am going to need to see my chiropractor for an adjustment because my back is killing me. I didn’t get an ounce of sleep as I was so paranoid of what was underneath the bedding if it smells as terrible as it did. I don’t know how anyone could get an ounce of sleep by the constant trains that pass all night long.

I will not stay here again. The hotel smelled like weed as soon as we walked in. It was not cleaned and you can tell it was an older hotel. The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. Lastly, the breakfast was minimal and there were not many options. I wish I would have paid $30 more for a better place.

Sleep Inn is a place for travelers who want a clean, affordable place conveniently located near I 49 and King's Highway in Shreveport. It is not a boutique or luxury accommodation, but it has what you need for a restful, no-hassle place to stay.

The hotel had a great complementary breakfast, rooms were clean, and staff were friendly. The only things that needed attention was the swimming pool and exercise room. The bottom of the pool was breaking up so pieces of cement were in the pool. The exercise room had no air and a lot of the equipment was broke.

Bad: The elevator is in desperate need of maintenance, you can feel it bumping and grinding against the side of the elevator shaft every time it passes the second floor. The stairwells aren’t a much more pleasant alternative; both of them are so musty that you will try to hold your breath and wonder if there’s a leaking pipe somewhere in the walls.

Breakfast needs some help. Coffee needed a lot of help. We were so hoping for some good community coffee or at least some brewed coffee and not instant. Parking was good mainly because they were never full while we were there. Not sure we will stay there again.

Everything was great, no complaints!

We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! Breakfast was horrible, nothing replaces when emptied seemed like the staff ate more then anyone! It was a horrible experience!

The only thing I liked about the property was the location. Our room was not clean and there were bedbugs. We had bites all over our bodies the next morning. The TV in our room did not work.

The cleanest of the hotel and the breakfast staff they was very helpful to me and my wife getting us breakfast That the train tracks was right behind our room and woke us up when it passed

The room had no shampoo no conditioner grounds were full of trash the pool hot tub and gym were full if unsupervised kids it was nasty and sad never again
