I love the space size.

There are a variety of options at breakfast.

The room accommodated the family. They were pleased with the space.

The room was clean a day staff helful. Breakfast did not have much. I left with no Breakfast because the pancake maker left parts of the mix uncooked. There was not much help there and nothing else that looked appetizing.

Close to interstate

System was down when we checked out so I couldn't get a receipt

Clean, comfortable hotel with well equipped kitchenette and decent (free) breakfast.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s a little steep in price at least when I booked it was but I loved the room layout. It was super spacious and the kitchen was helpful! The breakfast in the morning was actually the best free breakfast I’ve had at a hotel thus far. I’d definitely come back

Hotel was clean and amenities were fantastic. Very family friendly and the staff are great.

The smell when you enter to the room wasn't great. But they were able to change the room for us.

Me encantó

Someone from the front desk came and told me the drain was very clogged. I explained that I had woken up very early for my appointment and urgently needed to use a shower in another room. After some time, they gave me a key to a smaller room on the same third floor, but when I turned on that shower, the same thing happened—the water would not drain. I had to wash myself in parts as best as I could, without fully stepping into the shower. Then I ran back down the hallway to my original room to get dressed because I was already late. I ended up missing my important appointment and didn’t even have time for breakfast. When I explained to the front desk agent that the entire purpose of my trip had been ruined, she simply said, “I noted the issue with the bathroom.” I did not pay a low price for this stay, only for the purpose of my trip—after traveling so far—to be completely ruined. It is unacceptable that two bathrooms had the same issue; clearly, proper maintenance was not done. This situation ruined my trip, and it felt like no one cared.

Good hotel

Good breakfast, coffee and tee all day. Clean room, quiet despite the vicinity to the main road. Spacious room, we liked having a kitchenette. I loved the bottled products in the shower; they reduce the one use plastic of silly travel size packaging, and the products were not animal tested. Good step into the future. We wished we had an induction cooking plate or a countertop mini-oven. The reason for choosing a kitchenette is to avoid eating out/ordering take out every day. The couch/ sleeper was not comfortable, the mattress needs to be substituted. The breakfast room seating arrangements leave a lot of empty spaces. I would consider enclosing the outside seating area to provide more seating indoors.

Convenient to where we needed to be. Very accommodating for our needs.

Clean, spacious room. Incredibly friendly staff. Good amenities. Great breakfast. Overall a lovely stay.

Cleanness Breakfast

The room was clean and the bathroom nice. We were really ticked off that the alarm clock range TWICE and we didn't set it. We needed to sleep. Also annoyed that I paid for room with BREAKFAST but we couldn't eat a thing there. We're vegan and didn't even see almond milk for the coffee. We paid for it but had to go out for breakfast and pay for parking in the city. Feel ripped off. The breakfast food was real junk. No matter how many times we tell the Hilton Hotels that they should have plant-based milks and something to offer healthier people, they just don't listen.

The area was clean, aesthetic and the staff were accomodating, no long waits. Only one minor thing, the water went off when we were coming back from an outdoor walk and viewing. However, when we called the desk they immediately fixed the problem?…Otherwise in general we will consider coming back.thank you.
