Eggs were overcooked. I guess better than undercooked.

Everything was great except that I read dog are free and they are not. I had an unexpected fee.

Exceptional

The breakfast was not good, literally sliced hot dogs passed off as sausage, plastic eggs, and stale breads. Protein is important for breakfast and there was literally only the 'hot dogs'. Then our key did not work after a long day so we stood in line for 20 minutes to get new keys. The bed in 110 is broken - creaks and does not have any support. A full refund would not be enough to make up for what is being passed off as an affordable room.

Llegamos más tarde de la hora de entrada debido a que salimos tarde de un evento que teníamos la reservación ya la habíamos pagado por medio de expedía, nos encontramos con que según la recepción había cancelado la reservación porque no largamos a las 3pm y nos cobraron al entrar nuevamente me doy cuenta hoy que me cobraron ellos y el pago con expedía nunca fue cancelado doble pago ahora la habitación estaba ok pero tenía olor a cigarrillo muy penetrado no pudimos dormir por el intenso olor y los ruidos de personas caminando por el pasillo nos tuvimos que ir a las 4 hrs de haber llegado al hacer check out las recepcionistas ni los buenos días nos dieron sólo agarraron la llave y no hubo ni contacto de mirada yo tuve que preguntar si había algo más que necesitara y sólo me dio un recibo y dijo firme uno el otro es su recibo el desayuno ni lo usamos ya que no tenían nada sólo cereal

The staff was awesome and the breakfast was great. The stairs were tough but I'm an old lady.

Good location and decent breakfast

The stairs were tough but I'm an old lady.

Room was clean, an old motel with a cheap facelift. Breakfast was subpar. Coffee was terrible. Won’t be on my list to come back to.

Everything is pretty decent but the bed was so un confortable You Will wake up with back pain, as my wife and i did. But all the rest was ok.

It looked like a run down projects apartment complex and smelled like a porter potty. I couldn’t even bring myself to stay.

The hidden deposit fee and the hidden huuuuge dog deposit. No elevator . Breakfast had nothing to offer you unless you want a cavity.

Passable

The location was right down the street from the people we were visiting The bathroom door didn’t lock, the AC/heater didn’t work, the bacon and the sausage looks like they were boiled. Didn’t eat at the hotel. One of the towels had dark stains on it.

Exceptional

There was a strong, unusual perfumed smell as soon as we entered the room. The breakfast was also disappointing, with the waffle maker and toaster not working, and the bacon being burnt. The light in the breakfast area was also flickering, which made the area feel poorly maintained. The bed was particularly uncomfortable as it was noticeably sinking in the middle, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. There were also some safety concerns with the electronic key card/door lock. We had to push and jam the door closed to make sure it was properly locked, which did not feel secure. The room was quite noisy as well, particularly when other guests were walking and talking outside the door. Overall, although the bedding itself was clean, the condition of the room and several aspects of the stay did not meet my expectations based on the photographs and the price. I hope the hotel considers updating the rooms, replacing uncomfortable mattresses, addressing the door-locking issue, and improving the breakfast experience.

The Hotel room including sheets, bed, bathroom were clean and tidy. The Hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. Car Parking was right beside the hotel within the property so I felt secure about parking my vehicle there. Breakfast options were alright but could have been better. I'm a vegetarian so I would have preferred some hash browns and standard bread instead of dry scones, jam and butter.

Door was barely closing and our toilet needed maintenance. Breakfast was fine and the ac, although loud was great.
