Quality Inn & Suites Silverdale Bangor - Keyport

The biggest problem with this property was that it had no elevators. So we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Other than that, it was an average hotel.

I did not know there was no elevator and was staying on the 3rd floor. I checked in later in the evening and without asking for help a nice gentleman at the front desk offered to help me haul my luggage up the stairs. Thank you for your kindness and great customer service. Your satelite tv and tv remotes need help. Even with a replaced battery I could not change the volume setting and night 2 in the middle of my show the station gave out by primary channels still worked.

The bathroom & carpet weren’t clean!

You get what you pay for. I am not complaining when comparing to what the other places want to charge in that area, The only thing I would say is, it's time for bed upgrades. It's a place to sleep but not very comfortably. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. It's a great location. We were able to walk to coffee and breakfast and dinner. Everything needed is very close. Overall, I would stay here again.

The ratings are good for some reason but I have no ideas why. This was not a great experience but also not absolutely the worst ever. It was dirty, pop corn ceilings being removed (asbestos possibly??? :/), and meth heads in the parking lot. I would choose some other hotel.

The room i stayed in was filthy for a hotel room. I got the floor wet with water and wiped up a towel and it came out brown n dirty, there was a couple clumps of black hair on the floor near the bed and I found what I think was pieces of dry skin or maybe cuts of toenails in the actual bed. Sheets were put on inside out. Not impressive. Staff was friendly. The property itself is real small and you can hear everything in the rooms. I would bot recommend this hotel. Sorry!!

Overbooked, overcharged for 4 nights instead of two. Bad Inventory system. Spend 3 hours In the late evening to try and find a solution for the first night. Told them not to cancel my reservation as I only needed to find a room elsewhere for the first night - and they still cancelled it. Had to call Expedia to get help. Already got charged for these rooms btw. So they tell me to come in the next day and I won’t be charged additionally. Now instead of only being charged $280, I’m being charged ~$878. This is gross incompetence. I feel bad for the staff as they don’t really have a say in these matters. One of them even offered to clean a room that was checked out of late - that way we could stay somewhere for the night but their manager said no. Why would an establishment not have a staff group ready to make sure rooms are available even if someone checks out late? Why would they be surprised we arrived and only then realize there’s no rooms available if they’re checking it regularly? Take your money elsewhere

I frequently go to Poulsbo and Silverdale for work events, and I always go here if I can. Its so close to everything....Safeway grocery store and restaurants in walking distance, a very short drive to the Kitsap Mall, etc. The daily breakfast is a welcome thing, however sometimes the pickings are almost gone and you'd have to wait for more stuff to go on the hot buffet line, but thats okay with me. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable

Filthy filthy filthy They are remodeling but are NOT cleaning up after themselves. Huge hair ball in the tub. Carpet in room was stained and very very dirty. Mattresses were absolutely terrible! Noisy, uncomfortable and hard as a rock yet no support.

Terrible very outdated motel no elevators bad service

The bed was soft. The shower had hot water. The tub drains were clogged and covered in hair. We never got room service. The girl at the front desk at night was kinda rude with one word answers to my questions... not very friendly. Won't stay here again

Unworkable TV. Took two visits by desk clerk to make it work. The parking lot and grounds are very unkempt.
