Very pretty and spacious

I do know why it is listed as 3 star hotel,for me it was 5.nice area, very nice and helpfull staff

Staff was friendly!! Property is located bit interior but has a really good gardern and its a very quite place!

The room was clean. The bed was okay. We loved the breakfast and it was yummy! The resort is right next to the Oregon Garden and we were able to just walk around it during operating hours. We enjoyed the live music at the fireside lounge. The hot tub was a great place to relax as well.

Beautiful property, good amenities, bar was fun place to relax.

Gorgeous property with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was a nice treat each day. We also loved the Oregon Garden access.

Great property with excellent garden and views

We loved our stay at Oregon Garden Resort. Our room was amazing. Bedding was luxurious and loved the fireplace. Buffet breakfast was also wonderful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and our walk thru the gardens.

Staff was excellent, quiet location, rooms nice. So close to park plus the gardens were amazing.

Garden was wonderful to explore, many plants and trees displayed. Setting was peaceful on a beautiful fall day. Great place to walk and talk.

Close to Silver Falls State Park We chose Oregon Garden resort due to is proximity to Silver Falls State Park. We checked in on Friday and had our wedding on Saturday at the park. upon arrival, I asked the front desk clerk, if we could have our two tier wedding cake in the refrigerator. I was informed for this had to be rearranged. well, I understood this, it would be helpful for future guest to understand that if anything other than the room is needed, you must ask in advance. we have a pet friendly room, however, when he entered, there was a strong smell of dog urine. We had checked in late at 6:45 PM and were tired, overwhelmed and hungry. I did not go and complain to the front desk as we only were going to sleep in the room both night nights. We decided to open the windows. We placed our dog in the car and went to dinner. unfortunately when we returned the room, obviously was cold. This week decided to turn on the fireplace. The smell had gotten much worse than. Then made the decision to keep the windows open and then also open the patio door. To ensure there were no possibility of accidents during our stay, our dog slept in his kennel. For a 2 night stay we were only supplied with two bath towels, and two washcloths. For a $250 a night room I felt this was inadequate. There was trash left out on the patio from prior guest. I expected much higher level of cleanliness, attention to detail and customer service for my time at Oregon Garden resort. based on these experiences, I’m glad that I did not book my wedding through the resort services. We checked out on Sunday. Again, Saturday was our wedding day and we were away from the hotel from 8 AM till 9 PM. During checkout, I informed the clerk of the concerns noted above. Unfortunately response was very dismissive. The clerk simply said “oh sorry about that” an advised me to proceed with placing my key in the checkout basket. there is no further apparent concerned about addressing my concerns were asking for questions about my experience.

2 stars for location to the Gardens (which were wonderful) and very kind staff. Unfortunately, everything else was a miss for us. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. I brought my own pillow, but my husband didn’t and wished he had. Neither of us slept well because the mattress was in such shabby state. The in-room fireplace put out heat, but didn’t flame (other than the pilot light, which stayed on no matter the temperature it was set) which was disappointing. The rooms were probably nice once upon a time, but definitely need some TLC. The carpet (we assume) caused the room to have a musty smell and the trim in the bathroom was wrapped and missing paint from water damage. This could be a really nice place, so I hope they invest in new beds and needed renovations. I’m glad I had Expedia points that paid for (most) of the room. In its current state, this place certainly isn’t good value.

The rooms are nice and they have an advantage of being right on the property of the Oregon Garden that I love to visit. The breakfast is fantastic and they have lots of gluten free options.

Love the Oregon Gardens. Did not have time to visit the Garden resort but will plan ahead next time. The other half of part arrived in time to enjoy pool
