Gateway Park Hotel and Suites

Nothing. The rooms were run down and had mold in the bathrooms.we told the guy at the front desk and he acted like that was normal and said let's try another one and that room was the same thing.i have severe asthma so mold would get me sick. We didn't stay we cancel and the guy said we would have to see if booking .Com would refund us because they couldn't do nothing. We than had to find another hotel.

Great facility and staff. Online registration and check in was wonderful. Our grandson loves your pool.

Breakfast was perfect and staff was very cordial

Good breakfast, clean room, well maintained

Superb

Superb

The mini split heaters were very quiet and worked well. Comfortable beds and bedding. Very quiet too. The hot tub was in need of cleaning. The shower handle was bound up and hard to use.

Difficult to locate staff. The breakfasts weren’t very good. Second day everything @ breakfast was out. I know checking in & checking out were available on line. Yes makes it easy but no phones in rooms and then one has to go back to front desk and use a phone to locate staff. No hospitality or ? Security.

I tried to get the front desk staff to help me with my tv my family and I could not watch tv at all the front desk young lady had no other option for us I suggested to switch cords and that still did not work we had no tv our stay there I requested a partial refund and the refused. The other pool was so over crowded and kids we throwing balls all over the pool with absolutely no supervision.

We were amazed at how clean and crisp everything there was and fresh coffee too. Will definitely select this one again when we are in the area

The room was very clean. The exercise room was small (1 treadmill, 1 stepper, several free weights), but functional. Although we did not use the swimming pool, there were several people in the pool and hot tub. Breakfast included a variety of hot and cold options. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely stay again.

The room was nice, comfy bed and pillows and clean. The breakfast was pretty decent-normal hotel free breakfast. The exterior property wasn’t the best maintained. The landscaping was overgrown with weeds. Overall it’s a decent place for a night or two for the price. Will stay here again

Shower has 3 bottles for cleaning agents NONE had anything in them.

Room space was great.staff was very helpful.

Nice hotel. Stay here on way to deadwood

Nice people. Facility was clean. Room can definitely use more lighting.

Room can definitely use more lighting.

Clean. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was disappointing. A lot of white-flour carb items. The sausage pellets looked strange and the cooked eggs had a strange texture.

Good price for a placed to sleep. Mobile check in Didn't meet any employees. Didn't explore the property or area. In out back on the road.
