They called the room a “premier queen suite” and was supposed to have 2 queen beds but they were 2 full sized beds. I measured them because my son is 6’4 and it was a noticed size difference. I asked them about it and they receptionist kept using hotel jargain like “it automatically converted to the TFTN” and I asked what that means only to be answered “that’s what you booked”. I asked for the manager to contact me, they did not, told me to just take it up with IHG. The pool is also only available to members. The room door did not close all the way without force. And the AC leaked. I am waiting to be compensated for the difference between what I booked and paid for and what I received.

The layout of the hotel is very confusing and there was a long walk to my room. It was a hot summer day and the air conditioning vents out to the hallways making the halls at least 100 degrees. After a long hot walk to my room, I laid down on the bed and the smell of bleach from the linens was overpowering. Later, I went down to the restaurant to get dinner and the kitchen workers tripped the fire alarm and we all had to evacuate. The staff did not seem to know what to do or how to give instructions. After finally getting back inside to my dinner, I made the long hot walk back to my room. While getting ready for bed, I saw a cockroach crawling on the wall in the bathroom. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nobody bothered me. Overall, a nice stay.

This hotel has an odd set up. The rooms appear to be having direct outside access but are enclosed. The entire hotel is enclosed. I’m not sure if it was built that way to begin with or if this was a later project. The window AC blowing hot air into the common area made it very warm in the hall ways. The room stayed cool. TV could be updated. There was no way to stream your own account. The area was easy to get round with lots of dining and shopping options.

A staff member went above and beyond! Great breakfast!
-
The hot water went out and I had to switch hotels.
-
Our TV remote didn't work and our cards kept deactivating but other then that it was perfect! I will stay again

—The hallways leading up to your room was HOT— it felt like being in a sauna. —The rooms were dated, but it did its job. —The pool and jacuzzi looked nice, but we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it since it closed at 9:00 p.m. A little too early in my opinion. Us adults sometimes want to enjoy the jacuzzi without a whole bunch of kids around. —The gym was nice, a little bit on the smaller side but the equipment was appropriate. —Staff was friendly, especially at the bar Louie Overall it was an okay stay. I would recommend for people that want a good price, but don’t expect it to be an amazing stay.

The place is a dump. Room was 90 degrees when we checked in because they are too cheap to turn the AC on in the rooms. I woulda been ok if the room was 75 ish but it was unbearable and took 12 hours to get to 80 and another 12 to get to 75. Mold and hair in the bathroom, filthy carpet and the bedding smelled like it hadn’t been washed in a month. I wouldn’t stay there unless you have no choice.

Did not have hot water for over 12 hours.

The rooms smell terrible. Not cleaning. Not permit to take breakfast at room. The towell are two days on the floor in the corner of the bathrooms. I never stay here, Iam very upset.

The hotel and rooms were clean and had some decent amenities (convenience store, hot tub, pool, breakfast, ajascent bar). The check in was quick and we were given directions to the elevators. The room we had overlooked the inner building courtyard area, not outside. That was interesting. The suite room was bigger and had a kitchenette with a sink, cabinets, refrigerator and microwave. Noone bothered us in the morning and checkout was at 12 which is nice. The hotel was chosen because it was impossible to book something in Chicago due to absolutely insane prices this week. Overall, it's a pretty good hotel and the fairly close proximity to Chicago is a plus. I would definitely recommend it.

Our stay was fine, our room was not ready when we arrived after check in time. Hallways and lobby were extremely warm but our AC in our room worked fine.
-
The hotel was in decent shape for an older property.

Good value and easy access, would like a continental breakfast before we took off
