Room was just disgusting. the bed and bathroom were clean but all of the cabinets in the room and the fridge were incredibly dirty. room was also roach infested, and judging from how nonchalant the front desk was when i informed them, it wasnt a surprise. Multiple young roaches found in broad daylight meaning theres likely more.

By far my worst Holiday Inn experience. Cockroaches, leftover foods in the room, a dollop of that brown/oily/smelly food on the furniture in the room, no hot water in the morning, garbage in the halls, loud repairs in the next room, delapidated fixtures and furniture, and zero sympathy for the trouble. They want to extract the value from the land and Holiday Inn brand at your expense and horror. I called to complain multiple times, because no one was at the check out desk. No answer.

I specifically booked this hotel to be close to my office for an important work meeting the following day. I was expecting rest and reliability that I am used to getting from an IHG property. Instead what I received was a rude staff, a dirty room the staff was rude, including rotting food in the fridge and no hot water. I constantly tried to get help but no one was around, not in person or by phone. The well rested no stress morning I over paid this place to get was non existent and replaced by irritation and exhaustion. If you need dependable service—especially for work or family—stay elsewhere.

No air conditioning, room was dirty, staff wasnt helpful with the issue. Would not recommend. Staying here!

We reserved 3 rooms for our family of 9. Two of the rooms did not have working air conditioning and I notified the front desk. We saw maintenance in the rooms with a shop vac cleaning out the vents but it made no difference. We ended up trying 5 more rooms just to find 2 that had working air conditioning.

4 night stay. Beds comfortable. Toilet was difficult to flush, Tub nozzle leaked, TV did not work well and no one picked up our trash. I texted with Gladys, but nothing was done. Spoke to house cleaning and no one came to pick up trash or give us fresh towels. Don't think we will return.

Dirty room with bugs. Tub wouldn’t drain during shower, tub filled up. We checked out early.

It was a 2 days stay with my daughter. Hotel is in a walking distance to restaurants. I felt safe driving back to the hotel late night with my daughter. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi. It is a very nice hotel. It is a 30 minutes drive to downtown.

Our room overlooked the indoor pool which was VERY noisy. Easy to get to.

Clean room with mini fridge, comfortable bed/pillows! TV connection was a little temperamental but we didn't watch much. Nice pool/hottub.

There is no proper maintenance.

They were nice and helpful. They even guided us to our room so we did not have to look for it.

The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was just the right temperature. The staff seemed annoyed when we asked for towels and didn't offer much information regarding pool hours, breakfast times, etc.

Ridiculous to have to pay extra for a.continental breakfast after paying $170 a night. They do not offer faxing service. No business center

Standard expectation: Overall stay was good. Location is great. It an older property that's been updated.There had been a storm and when we woke up the floor by the window was wet. Looks like this was a known issue based on seeing repair attempts. There is one very slow elevator, which is almost comical. In room TV and options is very dated. One morning we could hear our neighbors "working out" but that's not on the property just be aware rooms are connected. However the hotel has quiet hours 10pm - 7am, which is why the room next to us decided to wait to "work out." Breakfast was good and only at once at the restaurant in the evening. Staff was great! Our server was energetic and professional. Overall staff is 10/10 ! The bodega market in the lobby has more than expected.

We had to change the room twice. The AC was down on a summer day and the other room actually did not lock behind you as we thought, so we asked for a different room when they were not able to fix it. The height of the rooms is pretty low, its an older building.
