Close to where we had our event. Clean and nice employees. My bathtub stopper did not work and I had a small child that I needed to give a bath instead of a shower.

This Hampton Inn was a great place to stay. The hotel is clean, contemporary, and conveniently close to Smithfield's historic downtown. The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out, the beds were very comfy, and the complimentary hot breakfast had lots of delicious options. Excellent starting point for exploring the area; I would definitely return!

The pool was closed and they said it has been closed for over a year and have no idea when it will be repaired . None of that was mentioned on any of the booking sites. The pool was one of the reasons I chose to stay. Don't waste your time here...

The staff was friendly, breakfast was great,it was a very comfortable stay The chair at the desk in our room was dirty, and I noticed the bench seating in the breakfast area was also dirty stained .It would have been nice to take a dip in the pool ,maybe next time.Thank you

Staff was super nice. Room smelled funky, almost like the sheets and blankets hadn't been washed in a year.

Our room had a broken shower head thay would not stay in place. The AC unit was so LOUD at night, we hsd to turn it off to be able to sleep. It was 85 degrees at night which made for an uncomfortable and hot night. The room #219 has a broken shower head and the AC unit sounds like an old car constantly reving its engine.

Go to when I want a quiet place to relax and get away for a few days. Stay was restful.

There was some damage to the room - torn carpet, frayed in other places, damaged furniture. Also, for reasons unknown to me, it didn't matter which handle on the sinks I turned, hot water was coming from the faucets. Couldn't get any cold water. Also the pool was closed for the duration of our stay there which was a bit disappointing.

Exceptional staff and very clean. No complaints.

Clean Room and Friendly Helpful staff

We stayed here last minute! I was happy with our choice. Staff was helpful and our room was clean .Very accommodating, safe, and spacious enough for 2 people staying overnight. It came with free breakfast. It did not have a big selection but it was fine. There are stores and fast food joints close by. They have a gym and pool but unfortunately the pool wasnt open. Overall our stay was good!
