Room was clean and large. The room was thoughtful equipped with things we need and kids friendly. The location was great! The checking process was sort of confusing because there are two sets of counters that we needed to go to check in and get the keys. Very odd.

Prompt pool shuttles. Easily accessible restaurants. Horrible smell in room - way way way too much dusting/pine sol cleaners. Toilet broken. TV not 'smart' enough - only regular TV available, slow wifi & no Internet. Fire alarm kept going off for basic things - taking a shower & making coffee.

The power was out for the first 5 hours in the room.

Very beautiful place to enjoy with the family. Cool activities for the kids and convient store with everything you need. Close to the notch and Stowe. It was a great location.

We had a great stay. The rooms and overall space were huge. It's located in a beautiful area and it's close enough to other fun locations to explore. I would recommend staying here and hope to come back someday.

Overall we had a nice time. We were disappointed at check-in to find out there were significant extra fees per day to utilize anything on the property (which we thought was included in our booking). To use the pool or the game room it's $55 per adult and $37 per child plus taxes plus a $5 per person fee for the "resort card" they give that's reloadable. The pool didn't provide towels. Also, a lot of things were only open on the weekend. We couldn't utilize the Fun Zone during the week. They charge $90 to rent a golf cart for one day and don't open options to rent it for less time. The on site restaurant is mediocre and also not always open. The room was comfortable and clean, however surrounding guests were loud and if you want to use the jets in the tub it makes an Insane amount of loud noise. We heard that for over an hour from the guests above us one night. The smell from other guests cooking also overtook our unit many times.

Rooms were marvelous, and very spacious. I would like to return during winter season for the direct access to the lifts/slopes.

The staff were very nice and welcoming, and we loved how clean the room was. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days.

1. The pool is NOT included with your stay if you book through Expedia. The “resort fee” that you pay is only for the wifi and TV. 2. No complimentary breakfast for the price I’m paying. The TV will automatically shut down if you don’t press a button on the remote every 15 minutes. 3. Wyndham is pushy on check-in for you to attend a 90 minute “open house” so you can sign up for a time share. I just want to be on vacation. The room service even came to my door and knocked to remind me to sign up for something I have no interest in. The room has a lady bug infestation. To be fair, the hotel did warn us during check in, I don’t mind much but it may bother others. 4. The phones in the room weren’t working. When I tried to call the hotel on my cell phone I kept being disconnected. I dialed 0 to try to reach the front desk as instructed and it still didn’t work. I had a simple question. If there was ever an emergency, I’d have to rely on 911 solely. It’s a big property. I’d like it if hotel staff could be reached via phone. Pros: 1. Kitchen in room with big fridge 2. Large rooms 3. Ample bed space 4. Close to Smugglers Notch 5. Rooms are a bit outdated, but comfy.

Very nice view quiet.
-
Great location but nothing like pool or exercise room ( who you have to pay extra for )is included even they charge you an add. 57$ Resort fee . Which supposedly covers the towels, plate , soaps coffee etc . Nice place , great location but could use some updating especially for the price .

The condo was great for our needs and very roomy for my wife and I. I have 2 complaints. I the coffee took over 30 minutes to brew a pot. Also, they give you enough coffee for 1 pot. They will sell you enough for another pot fo $8. 2 You should buy ice at the little store next to the check in. There are ice trays in the refrigerator but they don't have ice. There are also no convenient ice makers around.

Our condo was huge! The view was beautiful. Jetted tub was a plus. Close to Stowe gondola ride. Loved the property grounds. I just wished the restaurants were open during the week
-
Very nice except the woman waitress at the restaurant. She was unfriendly and rude.
-
Quiet easy access to everything.

The size of the property and location and the kitchen with full supply It’s overrated and pricey . No amenities included in the rental.
