Sink in the room didn't work.. For the money you pay the Continental breakfast was not a breakfast. They ran out of eggs. Nothing Hot to eat..

Breakfast was limited but fine and coffee was good.

Room was clean, it was nice and quiet. On a cross country road trip I was there for two days and I got plenty of rest. Great hotel and location!

Clean room, clean bathroom, water pressure could use some help, bed was 6 out of 10 on the comfy scale.

Perfect place to stay.

I didn't like anything about my stay. I was kept awake my whole stay from noise coming from the room above mine. After alerting the staff, there was nothing done to mitigate my concerns. My stay in this place was a miserable experience, one in which I should be refunded the money I wasted on trying to find peace for a night in that place.

Hotels.com really messed up on this one. My husband and I have been traveling all day. We got to our reservation at 11 o’clock and they did not have the reservation. The hotel manager stayed with us for an hour trying to get through to Hotels.com to get the situation worked out. We ended up having to buy another room. I am trying really hard to get my money back from Hotels.com since we were not able to use this reservation and yet hotels.com had no problem taking our money.

Place was was very nice, staff was great and patient with my many questions. Rooms very clean, quiet and bed was great.

Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. No housekeeping on the weekend (but was able to obtain towels from the front desk), very limited breakfast items (no decaf coffee), no coffee maker in room.

The room was nice and spacious. The cold water indicator was red and the hot water indicator was blue.

The coffee in the breakfast bar was very weak. There was granola bars, boiled eggs, oatmeal, & yogurt. There was a homeless couple who were living in there car that kept coming in a back door to get food.

Stay was ok but free breakfast was a joke

We had to take one of the desk lamps down to have them replace it because the switch wouldn't stay on and the biggest thing was we didn't have hot enough water for showers. Our first morning, I let the front desk know but they didn't have maintenance there that day so they couldn't fix it. They offered for us to switch rooms but we had to leave for work so we didn't. I rebooked for one more night and the next morning it took over 20 minutes to get hot enough water to shower. Since we weren't sure the water old remain hot for another shower, they let us use the shower in an empty room. Breakfast is non-existent in this location. The website boats a "grab and go" of muffins, fruit, yogurt etc. The only thing they had was packets of oatmeal. We won't be staying here again.
