Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Smyrna - Murfreesboro

It looks pretty. Roaches in the doorframe of the bathroom. First room we were provided. Breakfast included means yogurt or a boiled egg. Not impressed for the cost.

Super clean room! honestly the best stay i’ve ever had at a hotel.

The hotel was perfect. Staff very much friendly. Rooms were very new and clean. Parking was very easy. I highly recommend.

Sink in the room didn't work.. For the money you pay the Continental breakfast was not a breakfast. They ran out of eggs. Nothing Hot to eat..

Room was clean, it was nice and quiet. On a cross country road trip I was there for two days and I got plenty of rest. Great hotel and location!

Clean room, clean bathroom, water pressure could use some help, bed was 6 out of 10 on the comfy scale.

Perfect place to stay.

I didn't like anything about my stay. I was kept awake my whole stay from noise coming from the room above mine. After alerting the staff, there was nothing done to mitigate my concerns. My stay in this place was a miserable experience, one in which I should be refunded the money I wasted on trying to find peace for a night in that place.

Hotels.com really messed up on this one. My husband and I have been traveling all day. We got to our reservation at 11 o’clock and they did not have the reservation. The hotel manager stayed with us for an hour trying to get through to Hotels.com to get the situation worked out. We ended up having to buy another room. I am trying really hard to get my money back from Hotels.com since we were not able to use this reservation and yet hotels.com had no problem taking our money.
