Good location and price! Customer service was great in person! The fact that they took a portion of payment several days in advance and that when I requested an early cancellation for our 3rd night stay within 24 hours on the last night of a 3 day stay they would not refund the last nights stay!

Staff receptionist rude, hotel needs upgrades
-
Just because someone doesn’t pay premium prices don’t mean the rooms have to be totally outdated tiny tiny microwaves . The room occupancy is totally different from the Internet rules. The staff was overly nosy and rude.

Nothing. False advertisement. I was under the impression that I would be staying in a studio like room. All of the photos on booking.com was displayed similar so I kept it simple. Standard room . There was no actual table the “table” was connected to the wall. The cabinet doors off the henges. Countertops stained and look dirty. Complimentary plastic cups were washed with soap and water wrapped back in plastic and placed on the sink to look new. No pots or pans as displayed in picture. Small refrigerator because that’s standard which isn’t displayed in advertising. You have to buy your own toilet paper. House keeping doesn’t clean the room until you check out they told us to buy a broom.. they only give one room key so if you lose it or lock yourself in the room they’ll give you another key but after that you have to pay $10 for a 3rd.. the doors to the rooms look cracked but it’s actually closed . I’ve stayed in extended stay hotels before this by far was the worst experience ever. If was able to cancel the reservation and get a full refund when I arrived I would have done so. False advertisement, poor commodities, no hospitality. The lady at check in even stereotyped me and said I’m too quiet to be from New York. She did give me two room options and neither room was better than the other.

Clean No complaints

The gentleman who does overnight who was kind of like a security guard. He was very helpful with the 30 to 45 minute explanation of the rules and expectations. Everything was clean. I think the 30 minutes of rules was excessive. I couldn’t be comfortable after that. The hallways are very creaky and I was upstairs so I felt like I was being loud to the people under me. No towels, wash, rags, or soap, shampoo was provided. I’ve never been to a hotel where these things were not provided. I had spilled something on the sheet and it was a little sticky so I was hoping to get some clean sheets, but apparently that’s not possible. I’m not sure why things are this way. The bed was very shaky. The mattress was ok. Shower curtain clung to me the whole shower. If you got one of those bowed curtain roses, that would help the curtain have more space for movement.

The staff who greet us was unfriendly, and the initial room offered did not accommodate my party. The staff member eventually changed our room that accommodated the space, but the room was not suitable for guests. I would not stay here again!

The attention of the clerk named Cameron was very helpful and efficient. Double check the rooms before entering.

Never had a clean linen. No service requests ever answered. I was demanded to get out on Sunday at 11 even though the front desk clerk Steve stated if I chose to stay until Monday it would be an additional charge. I was called on mother's day at church at 11:01 stating that my belongings would be locked in the room until Monday. I left church to be given 2 hours to get out and still be charged a full night. I will never book here stay here of recommend anyone stay here. Giant roaches and lazy staff. Horrible. For 23 nights and paid $1800
