Staff very helpful. We especially appreciated the excellent service from Keaton at SeventyOne & Chad at Guest Services at checkout.

There was just a great feel about the property. We enjoyed the many areas we were able to gather as a family.

I was disappointed with my stay at Cliff Lodge. The hotel was not nearly as nice or luxurious as I expected. The room had a strong musty odor, like something had been damp for a long time, which made it feel unpleasant from the moment I walked in. The customer service also left a lot to be desired. When I spoke with the front desk the following morning, I explained that Expedia had told me they had spoken with someone named Grace and that the hotel had agreed to process my refund. However, the front desk insisted that no one by that name worked there and refused to honor what Expedia had communicated. It was a frustrating experience. The location is also much farther than I expected, requiring a long drive. I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice, upscale hotel.

Please find a better quality coffee. The room coffee is cheap and terrible. The lower restaurant coffee isn’t much better. You give away your Mormon roots with substandard coffee. No other complaints. Lovely room and magnificent views❣️

Place is amazing!!! Love it!

What a beautiful property. I went for a wedding and wow it was a dream wedding. 10/10. Will be back in the winter to ski. Highly recommend.

I had no idea of what to expect, but it was an absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, staff were extremely helpful (especially the valet crew, they were GREAT!). It was definitely a ski lodge but was also perfect for the destination wedding I attended. Would stay again!

Over all, our trip was very nice. The only downside was the carpets in the hotel smelled musty.

I had a very satisfying stay at The Cliff Lodge at Snowbird. The complimentary shuttle to Alta was a great convenience, and the on-site facilities—including the restaurant, café, ski lockers, and ski services—were all excellent. The ski-in/ski-out access was especially convenient and enhanced the overall experience. The only minor drawback was that the café closed a bit earlier than expected.

Beautiful facility and very convenient for my snowboarding experience.

The breakfast in SeventyOne restaurant was very good, but coffee was hardly warm. Croissants, both at the SeventyOne restaurant and Atrium, were excellent. The accessibility of all hotel facilities is great, the swimming pool large and nicely warm, 3 jacuzzies with enough place for everybody and with wonderful views, enough towels etc. Bathroom very comfortable, beds excellent. At least one or two softer pillows would have been appreciated. Location of the hotel is great especially if one has the car to reach Alta ski place. However, there are shuttles going every 30 min. Aerial restaurant has fantastic views and excellent food. Everything in hotel is readily accessible, such as pool and all the restaurants. There are 6 elevators and waiting time is close to none. A hot coffee should have been served at breakfast in SeventyOne. However the croissants and coffee espresso drinks in Atrium were way to expensive. and the tip offered is additionally huge. At least one or two softer pillows would have been appreciated. Most importantly we were not allowed an hour late check-out. A kind person at check desk would have been appreciated. It may be that some other personnel would have been kinder? Especially as we paid more than $700 per night for 5 nights. An hour late check-out should not have been a problem. Rustler Lodge, where we have family members, has check out at noon..

The slopes are quite accessible from the Cliff Lodge. The rooms feel pretty dated but clean . The massages at the spa were very professional and well done. The hotel charges guests to use any aspect of the spa though – – the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, the steam and dry saunas – – unless you are getting a massage treatment.

Ski rentals and storage onsite with ski-in ski-out access. Great place to stay.
