Beautiful hotel with such amazing views of the surrounding mountains

Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful weekend. The Cluff lodge was amazing.

The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. The view from our room was amazing. It’s a mountain resort so I knew the rooms would be expensive but some of the furniture in the room was a little beat up. One of the doors of the media stand was hanging on by one hinge. I just thought for that price they would fix or replace the banged up and broken furniture. We paid for the spa day pass so we could use the rooftop pool and hot tub and it was closed due to distant thunder but I couldn’t get a refund.

Deceptive marketing because the rooftop pool in the main picture isn't provided in the booking, it's a separate expensive purchase. Mattress was older and sunk in center. Pillows were dusty. Faucet in bathtub was fully separated from wall by half an inch and you could see inside the tile.

Overall Quality Remote Car Park. It took almost a month and several communications to get back the $60 securtity deposit !

The beauty of the mountains

I was extremely disappointed with the room service during our stay. We called repeatedly, but no one answered. When we finally reached someone, we were told that service was delayed because a large party had placed an order. After waiting more than an hour for our breakfast, it arrived completely ice cold. I understand that large orders can cause delays, but the lack of communication and the quality of the food were unacceptable, especially at a resort of this caliber.

Hotel is good, clean. Booking is misleading, you don’t get to use the “nice rooftop pool” only for $37 extra a person on top of the $350 for the room. Oh and the tram is $60 a person!! You would think as a guest you would get some kind of deal for the activities.

Great location Had to pay $75 each to swim in the rooftop pool on top of the $350 per night. The waiter verbally chastised us for drinking alcohol with dinner, I felt so uncomfortable after that we checked out a day early even though it cost us $350 for each night we booked!

Beautiful place! Clean! They let us check in early! We can't wait to go back!

I didn’t feel like there was enough lighting, very moody lighting which is cozy! There were no fans in the bathrooms which also suprised me. Other than that we had an amazing stay. The weather was rainy so a few things got canceled but they refunded us and the staff was excellent to work with.

Breathtaking views and truly the best staff I have ever stayed with anywhere! The views, food, and service were the best! I was disappointed that the lifts were so expensive for off season.

Staff very helpful. We especially appreciated the excellent service from Keaton at SeventyOne & Chad at Guest Services at checkout.

yoga class was extra on top of spa daily fee and could not just do yoga class.

There was just a great feel about the property. We enjoyed the many areas we were able to gather as a family.
