Cheryl is such a sweetheart. This is my second interaction with her. She is helpful and so polite. The elevator is a little scary when it takes off. Not to mention it needs to be vacuumed. The pool is still down. The halls were hot. This time my bathroom floor had hair all over it, like it wasn’t cleaned. Other than that it was clean.

No body wash, no soap, no Kleenex, no bottled water. Pool was empty and there were quite a few families staying there. We always do Marriotts, but this one was a disappointment.

The process was disorganized and inefficient. It took about 15 minutes for staff to determine my room, and I was given incorrect keys multiple times. At no point was my ID or payment method properly verified, which raised serious security concerns. After finally receiving a key, I used a luggage cart with a broken wheel that was difficult to maneuver. When I reached the room, I found my belongings had been soaked by an unidentified liquid on the cart. The key still did not work, and I had to rely on a staff member to let me in with a master key—again without any identity verification. The property itself was also disappointing. Common areas had no functioning air conditioning, and the room was warm and stale. I was told the AC has been broken for months with unresolved maintenance issues. I was also warned that the elevator is unreliable, making it even more difficult to navigate with luggage. Overall, the experience felt chaotic, poorly managed, and lacking basic operational standards. Due to the security concerns and maintenance issues, I would not recommend this property.

There was no hand soap. They said that they were out of soap. Also, the AC was not running properly. The front desk never sent anyone to check it.

Front desk person was not friendly, pool was closed, no hand soap or body wash available for the entire hotel.

Stayed for the work week. Monday at check in they had trouble finding a room that was cleaned so that took 30 min to check in. Tues I had another guess open my door while I was in the restroom and she said that they told her that the room was available. So I had to go downstairs and tell them I reserved my stay for the week and they had to sort that out. Then the rest of my days I had to get my room keys reactivated. I expected better considering how nice the place was.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Conveniently located, very clean room

We asked the staff to help us with a delicate issue and change the bed sheets. We asked her nicely and she appeared to write our room number down. After a long trip and back our room was the same as we left. We got back and asked the front desk clerk for sheets. ( she was always very nice and pleasant) She even offered to change sheets. 😊 we kindly declined. Next morning we saw the desk clerk from the morning before and asked her what happened. She just shrugged and said she was sorry. My husband has a urine bag on his body and it was embarrassing to ask in the first place but he asked her what happened. She said she forgot room number. We had repeated it several times and even asked her as we were leaving that morning whether she had the situation under control. She said yes. She didn’t seem to care about it at all. Very disappointed.

Cheryl at the front desk was amazing. The was very sweet and helpful. The pool was out of service, the second floor ice machine wasn’t working but she explained stuff to me and told the maintenance people about the ice machine. I would stay here again.

Human hair on the bathroom floor and shower floor. Internet was useless

Exercise room was missing almost all of the dumbells out of the set. Needs equipment added for resistance training .

Enjoyed my stay.

STUPITEST CRAZY THING I EVER HEARD OF.

The grounds were a mess. The entry drive and doors were unkept. Upon inspecting property on arrival, we decided to go to another hotel. Our Marriott experiences are normally great. This one was not.
-
Room was clean and quiet even though it was dated. Lobby was very dated furniture. Check in was very lengthy, 15 minutes.

The room was clean, but the “king” sized bed was at most a queen, if not a full. We had no hot water in our room the last 24 hrs, and the elevators quit working while we were on the 3rd floor. The day we were checking out, staff offered to move us to another room as compensation. I called back for a refund the same day, and was told I’d have to talk to the GM on another day. Never staying at that dump again.
