I wish they had a different choice besides scrambled eggs and sausage every week day. Other then that I love staying there.

Michelle is a great front desk person, always pleasant and greets you with a smile. She always takes care of my check in request! I just wish they had a button to open the front doors on at least one side. It was windy and my clothes were blowing off the rack as I struggled to open the door. Thanks to another guest, after I stepped on my clean pressed white shirt he assisted me. I still love staying there but that upgrade would be a plus to all guests.

I loved they have the 3 bed option. We had 3 adults and 2 kids so we needed the extra bed. The breakfast was good. There was no pillows, sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. If they offer a 3rd bed in a room there should be bedding for it.

I cannot tell you how clean everything was - room, things in the room (remotes, light switches, carpet)....The hotel seemed a little outdated and I can honestly say, it was one of the most clean hotels we've every had the pleasure of staying at! Kim at the front desk was awesome! So kind and efficient - we were on our way to our room in under 8 minutes from walking in the door :) The breakfast was 50/50 but there were some delicious options - yogurt parfait, waffles, honey buns, struedel cakes, cereal - more than made of for it Would be delighted to stay again!

I’m upset with EXPEDIA.ca I booked two rooms at the same time same room was charged $8 more that requires a adjustment on my credit card I’m a regular user but I insist you adjust A.V

I had already gave the number of people staying and there was no changes Other than that we had a great time clean pool clean room good food

Jasmine was so friendly when I checked in and answered any I had with a big smile on her face. She’s an asset!!

Close to family Busy parking

The staff were really nice and helpful (Jasmin). My stay was a week from Thursday to the next Wednesday. Breakfast was the exact same everyday other than the addition of biscuits and gravy on Sunday. That got old quick! The pool was out of order when we arrived. We were busy so I didn't check back until day 6, so I'm not sure when it was officially fixed. Then I used the laundry room and the detergent/Money got stuck and the young lady (I can't remember her name but I believe her and Jasmin are sisters) did all she could to help everyone putting herself in danger Why not have a key available for mishaps? Jasmin was such a sweety and helped us add another day to our stay.

Everything is wonderful, I just wish they have a better bed and softer blanket or sheets.
