Candlewood Suites Airport by IHG

Superb

I know this is in a part of town where there is more activity but I didnt feel unsafe at all. The parking lot was well lit and the staff was welcoming. Our room was clean and cozy. It was very quiet as well. Just dont have dominoes deliver pizza to you cuz it will be served cold, unfortunately.

This hotel is very clean and very close to the South Bend Airport. The staff was great. The Desk Clerk even came up to help us get our TV remote to sync to the TV. It had a full size fridge with a freezer and ice maker. Also it was stocked with plates, silverware and drink ware. There was a dishwasher and stovetop too. Bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure and drainage. It was a great value and we’d stay again for sure!!

Exceptional

The pool was closed, the property smelled, it was a very transient population staying htere.

I did not feel comfortable at the property at all. It should be listed as an extended stay hotel. I was traveling with kids and did not feel safe at all. The pool was closed, the property smelled, it was a very transient population staying htere.

Cx

Adequate room. Extended stay type of place so not many amenities. It is good for what we expected.

The staff was very professional...

The staff was very professional and welcoming. Our room was impeccably clean.

The doors had dirty hand prints down them and the baseboards were dirty. Tells me that cleanliness is not a priority. It was loud and someone tried to get into my room several times which woke me up.

The room was great

Clean room. Great location to airport. Friendly staff.

It was very clean. The staff was nice. The only problem is that someone was definitely smoking Friday night and it was hard to sleep with. The smell of pot
