We had stayed here one other time and were very satisfied then. We were not disappointed in any way this time either.

There were a few issues there when we stayed. There was a man yelling in the office area saying that he found a gun in his room that had been left there. So that was kind of disturbing and made us feel unsafe for the rest of our stay.

Our room was extremely clean. The staff warm and friendly. Check in was easy and fast with kind, friendly faces. The lady monitoring breakfast kept everything well stocked. She visited tables making small talk and clearing plates for guests. The price was acceptable and well worth what we spent. Will definitely stay here again.

I thought the room was expensive. No emenities in the room. Each room should at least getbottled water

Also, I know it's a ND football weekend and hotels jack up their rates (supply/demand), but $970 for two nights is over the top for what we got.

Honestly, our stay was terrible. The hot tub was contaminated, and we ended up getting seriously sick from it. It ruined our entire time there, and we are very upset about the lack of cleanliness and safety.

Location. It was way in the South both side of South Bend.!Not very handy to anything and in a neighborhood that seemed sketchy.

The food could have been better. However, they had someone fixing omelettes two days we were there and we were very happy those two mornings. Also, the staff was absolutely wonderful, Josh especially. Everybody was so kind, so nice, they made our stay very special in all the care they showed us. The only complaint I have was the breakfast. The coffee was great but the rest of the breakfast was lacking, except for the two days they made our own custom omelettes.

We had a 2 queen bed suite which was nice, but one comforter looked what appeared to be dried blood on it. The couch had a pull out bed, but the cushions were old and the mattress was gross! The couch and matching chair needs to be replaced. Most of the staff were nice.

Ice machine didn’t work on our floor.

Also, the hot tub was dirty and the water was cold, which was very disappointing. Overall, these issues negatively affected our experience.

The breakfast was very well prepared, it was hot,and we enjoyed that which we had . In all honesty because the last hotel we stayed in was not good. But this experience we had staying there was absolutely wonderful. And we definitely will be going back there . We loved everything about it. And that's the truth

I’ve stayed here many times this year, it’s always clean, the staff is always helpful, and checking in is always quick. The only thing I don’t like is that there is a $150 deposit when I’ve never even paid $150 for a room there. I stay in hotels often, and I’ve stayed in larger brand hotels and the only place that charges $150 cash or card for a deposit is this hotel. The 4 Holiday Inn Express hotels in the area each charge $25. I love the place but the $150 has me considering whether I’ll choose this place in the future if the Holiday Inn Expresses in the area have availability.
