Four Winds Casino South Bend

Loved the spa experience the food was amazing and the drinks and service were outstanding. I loved the privacy with hotel staff. Book the spa. I would next time book mid morning 11 am so I could grab breakfast first then use the spa before and after service. Its worth spending the day. For a weekend stay for someone who doesn't enjoy the casino setting it would be nice and a huge perk if the hotel side had a starbucks/coffee shop with grab n go options. Otherwise I'll be back, and nect time may not leave the spa 😝

Beautiful hotel, with shuttle service to the ND game, which was great! Having more options for large group eating, as well as later night openings after games would have been ideal.

The room is very large and comfortable, this is one of best casino hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel offered 2 free bottles of water and 2 cups of coffee in the room, I can request more if I need it. The hotel pool is out door and closed for the season. I wish they can build an indoor pool in the future. I will definitely to stay there in the future.

I would have given a five star except for one thing. Housekeeping does not service your room even on a four night stay. You must empty your own trash and place it in the hall. If you want clean towels you must request them. If you want coffee for the coffee maker in your room, you must request that. I would not expect a complete cleaning and saving water by reusing towels is not heard of, but when you are staying at this level of hotel you expect a little pampering.

Newer hotel and things are still very clean and tidy. Only negative was I made a single reservation with 2 rooms. I want both rooms under my credit card and attended would not allow me to do that? Didn’t waste my time or patience arguing with a fool.

Room was comfortable. Hotel is connected to casino, several shops, restaurants and bars. No need to leave the building to access them.

Very upscale, clean and shuttle to and from the Notre Dame game was very key to avoiding game day driving and parking hassles.
