Staff was a little overbearing if I’m being honest. Being friendly is one thing but literally every single person I walked past greeted me and asked me if I needed something lol. Not really a complaint…but good Lord I almost felt like I needed to make something up that I needed lol. The showers…omg….best hotel shower I’ve ever had. However…the bed. Worst bed I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. The king bed was like laying on a morgue slab. But the pillows were nice.

We crossed 14 states in 6 days staying at multiple properties along the way and Four Winds in South Bend, Indiana was the nicest, cleanest property with the best amenities and the kindest, most helpful staff. Highly recommend the baked macaroni & cheese with shrimp at Kankakee restaurant. Yum.

No Vending Machines were present for a late night snack.

Front desk people were all friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. But was disappointed about finding a place to eat.

U guys are 5 star all around wstay ith 100 miles of us . Made res. For next week's gonna be special for my young lady. Never know when ? Asked

Very clean rooms and entire facility. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast and lunch at the Edgewater Cafe - food was very good and service was excellent too!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Lobby was beautiful. Staff was friendly. Will definitely be back!

The reason i reserved 2 nights with 2 rooms was because my daughter was getting married and we had her bachelorette party there and the plan was to also have the bridal party get ready together. Plans didn’t work out so well because the 2 rooms were not side by side. They were 3 floors apart from each other and despite my explaining the need for having the rooms close together apparently nothing could be done. Needless to say, i was a bit upset but i suppose that is my fault for a later check in time. Still disappointing when one reserved two rooms, one would think it would be common sense to make sure that two rooms are kept in close proximity knowing there is a reservation pending. Next time something like this is planned, i will think long and hard about where i chose to go

Excellent property. Very clean and quiet. Beds were great, pillows not so great.
