Excellent property. Very clean and quiet. Beds were great, pillows not so great.

The staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I had a emergency in the room. I almost had to call 911 because my daughter who is an adult started a new medication prescribed by her doctor and had an allergic reaction to it we took her to the ER and when we arrived back to the hotel. A staff member was rude as heck yelled at my daughter for not having id on her accused her for being a minor. They were very rude

problem was room next door was up most of the night with teenagers. So a big disappointment

Very nice place, room was very well laid out. Had dinner there as well. Only down fall was that if your a Canadian you need to carry your passport with you, they wouldn't except your Canadian drivers licence as ID, only a passport, we tried to get players cards at the casino and was told we need to show our passports, who carries there passports ? we've been traveling to the US for over 40 years and had never been asked to show our passports, times are changing and I don't think Canadians are as welcomed as before the current environment.

I am a person that is hard to please and never leave reviews. But, I found this place to be exceptionally above my standards and would stay here again.

Great room, very comfy and relaxing. This is the most smokeless casino hotel that I have ever stayed in. The whole hotel and the casino are smokeless. I was so happy that I didn't have to hold my breath and walk through the casino. I noticed there were a lot of senior employees in the hotel and the casino. It seemed like a good place for the elderly to work. I was very glad that I stayed at Four Winds.

Hotel is great but staff training could be improved.
