No body was ever at the front desk, didn’t answer the phone. Our fridge didn’t work took them 2 days after finally getting ahold of them to fix it. They don’t do daily cleaning. And only left us two towels for a 4 person stay and when we asked for extra towels and a roll of toilet paper for our room because we were out they asked why we needed it like it was a problem

Was very convenient, staff were friendly. The room smelled musty and it was really noisy. We could hear every step our upstairs neighbors took, and they weren't being loud, just walking around,

Lady at the front was nice No pool , tv didn’t work, stains everywhere , some look like blood a weird smell

Rooms were quiet Broken tile in lobby and elevator. Despite having no smoking signs everywhere, our room had clearly been a smoking room in the past.

No pool Dryer in laundry room doesn't work. Suppose to have personal at front desk. Most of the time a sign ssid back in 10 min. And Wyndham puts there name on this facility.

Friendly check-in. Basic needs. Clean but needs maintenance. Don’t expect a luxury stay but if you need a quick stop, I felt safe and comfortable.

It was a port in a storm. Bed was ok. Quiet, slept ok Pool Closed, didn't look like it had been open for months. More like a storage room than a pool. Fire detector hanging from ceiling by two of the three wires with one of the wires not hooked up. Dirty towels, someone else's dirty sock in the corner.

Available after a concert at Notre Dame Our room was infested with bugs. We told the front desk and he proceeded to just clean it up. He had no other rooms to give us and we were stuck staying there do to the time of night of our check in and lack of other rooms in the area. The staff claimed there was nothing they could do about the bugs and there was no manger on duty until 2 days later we were told. We stayed in room 101 and whenever anyone walked on the floor above you heard every noise. The pool was closed for maintenance but it was drained and it appears they have no intent to ever do anything to repair it.

Nothing. We had to immediately get a new room upon checking in because the first room smelled so bad. The 2nd one smelled so much better but was beyond gross. The only reason we stayed was because we knew no other place nearby would be available because of the localconcert. There were stains and nasty stuff on the walls. A toenail under the sheet I disnt notice until the next morning. Stains on the beds and carpet and curtains. Gum on the trashcan in the bathroom. The door to the room could be seen into from the crack in the door and was letting light in. Hell the same stains that were on the bedroom walls in the first and second bedroom we had were on the hallways and the elevator to the place. When I attempted to ask for a refund/partial refund for the room, the front desk attendant immediately got defensive and called the cops and wanted us kicked out when we were supposed to be staying another night. To say the least, it was the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at in my whole life. If you are reading this. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Price was reasonable considering the location and ond other hotels in the area. The pool was out of order, the vending machines in the lobby were empty, several of the pillow cases were dirty/stained, the bed sheets were worn (but clean), most of the towels and wash cloths were worn to the point of having holes in them.

Great location. Staff very friendly. Great one and done stay. Room was good size for what was needed. Did not try the breakfast on the way out but it looked ok. Bathroom had broken stopper and drain. Informed management. Room could have been cleaned a little better. Lots of trash under the chair in room that was not vacuumed up.

The staff was kind and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the building needs updates, cracked tiles worn carpets, and the walls were so thin I couldn't sleep with the noisy neighbors
