A bit worn, but delivered as expected.

If I could give this place a negative review I would. As soon as we got out of the car the property smells like urine. Front lobby had bugs crawling around and walking down the hallway to the room I was hit in the head with a flying roach. The odor was awful and when we got into the room we walked into spider webs. Immediately turned around and returned the keys.

The whole experience was a 10/10. The price was great...the room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was great. I love the stand up shower. No bath tub needed. That was a plus for me. The breakfast set up was immaculate. The staff really out did themselves with the breakfast. The young lady that checked us in was there in the morning. With the same smiling face when we checked in. I didn't like that my room was extremely cold when I opened the door. The A/C was on 60. I was freezing. But, that's something small.

The corridor and common areas were very dated.

Floor was not swept, found glass on it (in a pet friendly room mind you- my dog could have ripped open her pads). All furniture in the room is either rusty, scratched, stained, or warped. Walls damaged- like the stucco is actually peeling or crumbling off. There was black mold on the ceiling. The bathroom is crusty and the door had nasty black hand prints everywhere. The water pressure is non existent. The pillows are not even a basic sized pillow. It’s small enough for a child and completely deflates flat. Had to stuff two in a pillow case to be relatively normal. But the worst part is the back exit isn’t locked or secure so anyone can come in and it led straight to our room. We smelled weed the entire night because the back door doesn’t close. The manager Morris acted like this is all new to him but then again we waited at the counter for 10 minutes while he was outside smoking. Also the pool was listed as an amenity but is closed, they should probably tell people that. The breakfast was nice and the lady running it works very hard.

Hotel is great. The outside and lobby has been remolded, but the rooms have not. Upgrades are needed.

Staff was very nice and helpful

The room appeared clean but hallways area could use new carpets and paint

Rooms are not up to standard there not cleaning properly need new towels and breakfast is not good

A huge thank you to housekeeping and a person around the kitchen for their professional and warm hospitality—they really made a difference in my stay. The [room/breakfast/pool was closed nut its okey they will open soon; everything was excellent and well-maintained. Breakfast does not have variety

Very nice and warm staff made checking in easy Dogs in the building to me and some others its nasty

The receptionist was veryyyyyy polite to me. Everything was clean in my room and the breakfast was great. There were no bugs at all. That’s a plus to me I did not dislike anything at all

The location and that the staff was very friendly. Hotel seems to be falling down. Floors don't seem solid, carpet in halls is really dirty, chair for the desk in the room was falling apart, the towel rack fell out of the wall when we took a towel off of it.

Not much. The shower did not work and trickle of cold water. Shower, breakfast, tv limited channels, and one suggestion to take shower in another persons room who had just checked out, GM and maintenance crew would not answer phones to make situation better.

Beds were comfortable a the main room was clean. However the bathroom was not the cleanest. Shower hadn’t been fully cleaned and there is terrible water pressure. The AC worked well but was incredibly loud at certain times. Would wake us up each night. Staff was absolutely incredible and very kind.

The room was excellent it was clean. I liked the fact that it had a microwave in the room. Also, the shower and bathroom was excellent and big and the mattress was very very comfortable.. The food was not good at all. They need to do better on cooking the eggs and sausages..

Breakfast was amazing location was wonderful we’ll be recommended to other friends and family Everything was right on point love must stay and we’ll stay again the next time I’m in town
