El Grande Motel

Location had roaches, bed sheets had burn holes . Was told tv didn’t work, when turned on it only had pornography. workers made me very uncomfortable by comments they said . room was a complete mess and not suitable to stay in. I had a horrific expecerience I will not / MEVER staying there again. I also paid for the protection plan and my booking was not as told. Very unsatifised and will spread the word about this overly priced hotel

Please clean get new furniture

There were hairs all over the sheets they don’t wash them at all. There were also hairs in the restroom which was filthy. The beds are hard like sleeping on concrete. The keys to the room are cheap and deactivate all the time. It’s just a bad experience that will make you mad. There are clean places around for cheaper prices.

Maggots, when I told the owners they where trying to turn things on me so that I wouldn't get a refund or they be wrong.

Made reservations online when i got there they told me i had no reservations even after i showed the receipt.

Hotels.com changed me $86 but when I got to the hotel they said all the rooms are occupied. Why the confirmed booking and took? The they had no rooms available.

When I got there to check in, they told me that they were booked and expedia was still allowing people to book. I was turned away and had to fi d other accommodations.

It allowed service dog on premises.. It had bugs coming out the floor..

The room was dirty. It was beat up when I asked for extra towels didn’t have any then I have an extra pillows and when I asked to extend the night, they were confused. The staff didn’t know what they were talking about when I asked for extent of night they tried to ask for another deposit and I was just not

The property is located, conveniently too many stores and businesses in the Los Angeles area. Unfortunately, the property was dirty, there was termites all around the floor of the bathroom to include the bed. The bed also contain other bugs that I was able to photograph. It was so bad that I had to check out on the second night as I was not willing to stay the second night, I will not be going back again. There was also black mold, visible in the grout area of the shower area.

The rooms modern decor looked awesome while we smashed all night. Well the room price was awesome and we wanted 1 more day but instead of paying again what we paid the first night ,they wanted us to to pay like $175 for another day or check out and try to buy another room there later after 7pm.

I didn’t like nothing only good thing is they don’t have bugs. I was not comfortable at all in the room, If I was able to get a refund I DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE. There is only 2 outlets for use and one of them was in the bathroom. And the other only had one plug available due to the refrigerator being plugged in. The bathroom wasn’t as up to part didn’t want to shower. I didn’t even want to lay under the cover
