El Grande Motel

Room was full of bugs , smell bad , I stayed one night I couldn’t even stay the next night. I show the guys pictures of the bugs and he didn’t know what to stay. Left on my 2nd day because how disgusting it was

They charged a fee for an extra pillow. The mattress was comfortable & the shower water pressure was good. The electricity didn’t work on one side of the room. The air conditioner had trouble keeping the room cool, even at night.

owner went mad hitting my door for almost 10 mins asking me for another ID becouse mine will expire before the stay ends, I really dont know whats the issue, in the airport the TSA used my now expired ID without problem. Never came to clean nor even to do the bedding in a whole week stay Never coming back

Location had roaches, bed sheets had burn holes . Was told tv didn’t work, when turned on it only had pornography. workers made me very uncomfortable by comments they said . room was a complete mess and not suitable to stay in. I had a horrific expecerience I will not / MEVER staying there again. I also paid for the protection plan and my booking was not as told. Very unsatifised and will spread the word about this overly priced hotel

Una propiedad sucia los cuartos sucios con polvo y cucarachas y las sábanas sucias con pelos de otra gente como que no las cambian las sábanas las camas duras la taza del baño con sarro Todo era pura suciedad súper mala experiencia en ese motel el grande no lo recomiendo para nada

We got there and place was completely empty. RED FLAG! The positive reviews do not represent this place at all. We park, go to the room, then the workers/owners? get there and they tell me to move my car, even though there is plenty of other spaces, there is no other car in the parking lot, or any sign that indicates that parking space is reserved. The pictures you see are from 10 or more years ago! The furniture, comforter, sheets, dressers, etc. are ALL the same as the pictures, but with A LOT of damage, wear and tear. There was writing etched all over the room and it was not organized or clean. Based on the positive (non-representative reviews) we reserved the room for two days, but couldn’t stand to stay another day, and they refused to give us our money back, telling us to call Expedia. We call, then they tell Expedia that they already charged the full amount and can’t do refunds. Save your money and headaches and go somewhere else. Every aspect of this place is disgusting.

It was fast and easy, staff where nice..

The first room was full of bed bugs. While the front desk did not want to give a refund, I decided to stay in a “cleaner” room. The rooms are run down and some have bed bugs. Didn’t expect much but doesn’t mean we should lay down with bugs.

It was so quiet I slept like a rock, well when fiancé let me. We work a city apart and when our days off collide we will visit each other. It was my turn to head to LA so we wanted a quiet simplistic spot nothing fancy. This was it. And the bed had a cute nostalgic squeaky sound to it and it’s those mattresses that sleep very well aside from memory foam lol. But this is a nice spot. I would rent a room again.

The staff is nice . The room is clean the only issue I had was the remote for the tv didn’t work not many channels to watch either.
