There was something for everyone at the breakfast buffet, nice lawn chairs, and towels provided at the pool, the rooms were clean . We were looking for anything to ask the front desk about in there were two things how to use the remote for the TV and how to pull shades down playing with the buttons and the air conditioning. We figured out the remote and discovered the buttons next to the air conditioning control operate the shades, cool. 🚗you have to pay attention when entering the Holiday Inn off route 1 . I was a little surprised to see how rough the Newport Bridge road is in.

Towels could have been better quality. Clean, but had an odd odor. Otherwise very pleased with the hotel, staff and overall facility.

Rooms were recently renovated. Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice size Tv. All was very comfortable.

The exercise room was below standard. Very small, with three machines. There was No exercise bench, so I had to workout on the floor. No towels available until I asked for some at the front desk. A water cooler, but no water jug in it. The weights were very old and rusty. No 5 or 10 lb, and only one 15 lb. The weight rack was very old and rust also.

The hotel team was accommodating to our extremely late check-in.

Spotless room, outdoor pool was clean and water was warm and coffee downstairs in the morning was piping hot.

The hotel was a convenient and easy travel distanced from Newport. A minor inconvenience was that the hallway was not air conditioned or properly air conditioned and some of the products in the bathroom were either empty(shower body wash) or not up to standard(like the body lotion).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I didn't have a chance to eat but my son enjoyed the Continental Breakfast.

Nothing fancy about this hotel. Standard travelers Holiday Inn. It was clean and staff was great. Would be 4 stars but giving an extra star for the attached restaurant, Laconda, which was excellent.

Nothing Friendliness of clerk at checkin was awful.

We were there to visit Newport specifically and while iff the beaten path a bit we were very please with this hotel.

New upgrades led to cheap purchases. Upon arrival, sink immediately filled and clogged to which the maintenance staff already knew due to remodel. Space was clean. Bathroom was real tight.
