Very good

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated. The room was a nice size and seemed clean. There was a decent burger place right next door There was nowhere to put my bathroom bag and I think there could have been a small table for this. Hallways seemed outdated. Rooms were a bit expensive for what we got.

The most uncomfortable bed, the bathroom was dirty and smelly.

Location Customer service is horrible. Got charged double for the room on the day I arrived and two days later. They’re not willing to look into it. Didn’t care that I will chargeback or leave a bad review and had an attitude like I’m stupid. Instead reassuring me she condescending.

Solid hotel in a great location, walking distance to the Lake. Great restaurant right next door. Stateline an easy drive away

You can use their game room and bicycles to ride around the lake, neighborhood, and enjoy a peaceful sunset. The location was great, within walking distance of water activities, and you can enjoy a quiet walk in a peaceful neighborhood. If you want a peaceful atmosphere that's still part of the town, I highly recommend this place.

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Asked for room on top floor and they accommodated me.Excellent reception staff,they even had a little cute dog sleeping away from counter which made you feel at home. Nothing,everything was as advertised.

The hotel had no record of my request for an ADA accessible room, and the one I had booked was not accessible. However, they were quickly able to accommodate us with a different room

Although I typically would not consider this a 5 star resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the condition and size of the room. The amenities were nice, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location, friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and knowledgable. Although, you could say that the building itself wasn't new, but it was shiningly clean, which is always a must for me. Our room had a cosy balcony with a beautiful lake view, and the experience of having my morning teas there, while enjoying the misty lake view at sunrise was great.

The people at the front desk were unfriendly disinterested and less than helpful.

Rugs needed a very good cleaning or replacement in our room

This is a great place to stay in SLT. Close to everything you need. A walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff was polite, they have bikes you check out for the day, the pool and jacuzzi and gym are excellent amenities. There was no freezer in the fridge, and wifi was unreliable, but those were the only downsides. Otherwise a great place. I would be happy to stay there again on my next trip!

The view does show you the lake; but it also shows you the entire pool, everyone in it and the main major road out front - the lake is PAST that. The balcony's are loud. It is not relaxing. Walls paper thin. Single elevator. Many people there with dogs barking. It is incredibly over priced. The rooms are middle of the road, clean -- but nothing special. Absolutely NOT worth $500+ and would not stay there again simply based on the value (no real value).

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel resort. We were able to check in early on the day of our arrival, and the location was great. The room was clean and the pool was very refreshing.
