Unfriendly staff was there for a week and they didn’t clean the room even once will not be staying again

Was really impressed how clean the hotel was but the only thing I didn’t like was that we couldn’t pay the deposit in cash they asked for $100 deposit and will be reimbursed in 3 to 5 days

Very clean and very fresh. Loved it will stay again. Kids loved it.

-There was mold in our room. -It’s the loudest place I have ever stayed, including Times Square. -We booked a room for three travelers, but there were only two towels in our room. When we asked for more towels they wouldn’t give us any more until we traded in our dirty towels. -Hotels.com alleged that this was a 2 minute walk to gravity park and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was a TWENTY FIVE minute walk to gravity park and TEN minute walk to the beach. -Despite signs for ice machines on both floors, there were none on the property. It kept us sheltered and safe but it was incredibly overpriced for the condition of the room and the few amenities offered.

Bad attitude from front desk. They are nasty guys they don't pay back deposits. Berry bad beds noise ac. No hot water ..lies about charge money don't recomended

Negative: The hotel doesn't offer late check-out, and the pool opens late at 11 am. Overall, it's a good option.

They require a mandatory deposit and don't accept cash, so you have to wait for the refund. Breakfast was good! The location is excellent. We didn't have any issues with the hotel.The air was freezing cold 😉.

I would definitely stay again in the 2 bed room suite super spacious and clean.Staff and manager were very nice and helpful.

The location is dated and clean enough given the sand and other beach related dirt. Floors could have been cleaner but again, sand and sea are hard to keep a head of. All in all the rooms were good and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

The pictures for this property do not properly reflect the actual property. The room that I was originally put in was full of mold and even the bed sheets was covered in mold. The second room i was put into was supposed to have 2 queen beds and had 2 full beds. There would have been no way to sleep 4 in this room. Buyer beware to this property.

Waffles & cereal, oatmeal was for breakfast! What?! NOT for the price to stay there. No restrooms in the lobby, had to go too our room,for that. We won't stay there again, not worth it.
