Cottonwood Inn and Conference Center

Good basic accommodations for the price but the AC was very loud and some of the surfaces (desk, dresser, etc) were not clean.

Breakfast was limited while I stayed there the only hot Breakfast was biscuits and gravy typical hotel biscuits (dry and little hard) but rooms were clean and comfortable which is most important.

We had a great stay. Some people have commented on the smell at the Hotel. To explain, there is a truck stop nearby used by cattle haulers. Smells like farm country. We did NOT notice any smell inside the Hotel. The room was clean and staff friendly. Thank you.

The toilet did not work right had to keep taking the lid off the back to push the rubber flapper down & the water kept running slowly through it all night because the flapper didn’t seal properly. It was annoying. Told the clerk about it & he didn’t even say he was sorry about it.

Always an awesome place to stay. I'm in town every July and always stay here. The room is always super clean, shower is great, staff is friendly, and the breakfast is the best you'll find at this price point. Will be booking once again next summer!

Amazing staff, I was there during RAGBRAI they did breakfast 1h earlier then normal to support us. I really appreciate my stay there

Not the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. At least there were no bugs. Check-in process was annoying as the lady was texting on her phone and I had to keep waiting for her to finish.

Didn't want to stay here but my wife picked it out. Wasn't bad once we got there. Strange place, connected to an event venue. Price was great and room was clean, not as far off the interstate as I thought, even if it was in a different state.

Clean and quiet Staff couldn't find our reservation so went back and forth for about 20 minutes and it was already after midnight. We were also supposed to pay at the facility but they already charged my card. Very unorganized

Great value, each door has a vinyl graphic on it, which is fun and unusual. Good continental breakfast, waffle maker was wonderful

Only one issue. The room had the newer low-profile Eljer toilet which is too low. I can’t sit on it without getting my bottom wet.

Overall, we love staying at this hotel when we come to Sioux City as the staff is always friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel/staff offers popcorn, water, cookies and coffee the guests of the hotel. The property and hotel rooms are always clean.. The continental breakfast is pretty good as well. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Great place! Nice location to interstate. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Room was very clean, updated and comfortable.
