This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff and our room was clean. Excellent stay.

This location always smells fantastic and has plesant people. Cozy beds, great bathroom products and I love the flavored water. Highly recommend.

Jellicos breakfast on 2 of the days was great.

clean rooms and decent hotel but the room service, first time they got my order wrong and brought me 2 mains rather than one starter and one main. 2nd time for breakfast they didnt have what was on the menu and what i got instead (corn pancake) wasn't great. Breakfast in the restaurant was nice.

I love this property and stay often. The staff was amazing and accommodating, especially because I got stuck in Dallas overnight because of a canceled flight. The staff was so kind, and I slept great in the comfy bed! I highly recommend!

absolutely loved my stay! The location was perfect and conveniently close to everything I needed. The property was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The only thing I would have liked was for the pool to be a little more spacious. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay.

This stay was for my 50th birthday and we could not have chosen a better location. I want to specifically commend Daniel, at the front desk, for his aptitude for customer care. From the moment I called two weeks prior to our arrival, he made sure everything was smooth and simple for our entire group. This was an absolutely phenomenal experience and I can guarantee I and several of my party will return for resort pass days and stays for events. Thank you and your staff for a flawless event!

Clean hotel and a great sleep

The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The signature Westin scent throughout the hotel was amazing and made the stay feel even more luxurious. The location was also convenient with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. I honestly didn’t have any complaints. Everything exceeded my expectations.
