Just the bathroom needs improvement.

The beds are like rocks. Woke up many times in a night needing to role over because my arm was literally asleep. And the septic was backing up so our room smelled pretty bad. Alerted the staff the first morning. It cleared up during the day but again at night we had to close bathroom tdoor with towels to prevent smell. Beautiful location.

Excellent place for family stays. Quiet remote setting with low key entertainment. Staff was friendly, kind and attentive. Great stay.

The inn was lovely; location, charm and all around peacefulness. Restaurants food and service was great. We enjoyed live music at the restaurant.

There is a simple charm about the Newagen Inn that the owners obviously appreciate. Everything is comfortable without being overstated. Outside you can be as active or laid back as suits your style. You never need to leave the grounds to get a delicious meal three times a day. And the views are unbeatable!

I really liked this hotel except for the bathroom in our room was so small. Clean but very small. I would definitely stay again but maybe in a bigger room.

Didn’t like the room, way too small and to get into the shower was a trick! Only a little bit of room with shower, toliet and sink Not good. You have to pay an extra $100 for amenities. Should be included in with booking,which included a can of water and to be able to walk around the yard,

I was pleasantly surprised on the room, staff, inn and amenities. Beautiful grounds, wonderful restaurant and very comfortable room. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. Amazing stay!

No where in the write up about this property did it say that were were steep steps that you have to climb with luggage to the 2nd floor. I needed to hotel with an elevator.

Wonderful breakfast! Great place with great people. It’s the oldest (in age) county in the US. The average age of residents on the island is 84. Small/tight bathroom.
