On the !0th floor is Rick Erwin’s Level Ten restaurant which is excellent and provides spectacular views from its large terrace (particularly at sunset) and has a menu to match. I highly recommend the surf and turf with lobster tail, the 11oz filet mignon that came with it was one of the best that I’ve ever had. The staff throughout the hotel are exceptional. Warm, welcoming, friendly and professional. They, along with the aesthetics of the, property are the reason why I’m already planning my next stay there.

Yvonne at the front desk was wonderful. She helped me out and went up and beyond to make sure everything was just right! I live in the area and I will use your hotel over and over again. If there was anything I could suggest is a microwave in the rooms besides that we really enjoyed ourselves!

Did not like TV channels as guide did not correlate with the actual programming. No body lotion, liquid hand soap, shower cap, makeup removal wipes or cloth. Breakfast so so.

The room air conditioner wouldn’t get pass 72 degrees. The restaurant on top was closed for the weekend.

Lots of little things make me not want to stay here again. Poor service at the bar, a lack of standard amenities in the rooms, a fairly stark room, asking the front desk to add my Marriott/Bonvoy membership # to my bill so that we could get credit for the money we spent in the bar and being ignored, not being told that we would be charged a parking fee & only learning of it when we got the final bill. Overall, it seems like this property wants to be more of a luxury property than it really is. It's another place that acts like it is a luxury hotel but nickels and dimes you for the very meager services it offers.

All staff were excellent. Issues were with the property, that has a 4 star ranking. No room service, no included breakfast, parking charges, $20 for a glass of wine in downstairs bar, overpriced restaurant on top level, cheap uncomfortable pillows, housekeeping upon request, hot water in the shower after leaving on for 10-15 minutes, no microwave, no minibar, two very small drawers, no turndown service, bathroom sinks do not drain properly, room temperature will not go below 66 degrees. Positives were: outdoor pool, exceptional staff and location.
