On the !0th floor is Rick Erwin’s Level Ten restaurant which is excellent and provides spectacular views from its large terrace (particularly at sunset) and has a menu to match. I highly recommend the surf and turf with lobster tail, the 11oz filet mignon that came with it was one of the best that I’ve ever had. The staff throughout the hotel are exceptional. Warm, welcoming, friendly and professional. They, along with the aesthetics of the, property are the reason why I’m already planning my next stay there.

The ambiance, food and location! Only there for 2 nights but there was no maid service.

I like the location and the cleanliness of the room. I didn’t like the fact that the rooms were so expensive and also did not like the fact that they did not have Apple Pay/tap to pay.

Yvonne at the front desk was wonderful. She helped me out and went up and beyond to make sure everything was just right! I live in the area and I will use your hotel over and over again. If there was anything I could suggest is a microwave in the rooms besides that we really enjoyed ourselves!

Did not like TV channels as guide did not correlate with the actual programming. No body lotion, liquid hand soap, shower cap, makeup removal wipes or cloth. Breakfast so so.

Beautiful property- clean and friendly. The outdoor pool is amazing. Fresh fruit infused water available all day and the coffee available was delicious. No in room freezer or microwave. We were road tripping so we needed to refresh ice packs and reheat food so it was a bit of an inconvenience.

The room air conditioner wouldn’t get pass 72 degrees. The restaurant on top was closed for the weekend.
