The staff was very helpful and was empathetic to different challenges we were experiencing.

Very nice and clean, walls are thick. Good price, I had a problem with a room and when I brought it up, they moved me to a better room to make up for it. Breakfast is alright

Conveniant location. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was good. Bed was a little firm for me.

But the owners are worthless.. they knew their pool was down! Yet failed to inform their gueast. If i knew this i would have not stayed here

I was very disappointed with this hotel. We chose it for the pool and breakfast. It was plenty expensive, and when we got there the pool was closed. They said that was on the website, but I didn't see it. Also, the breakfast was mediocre at best. The room smelled of body odor, and it was extremely humid. It was clean enough, but nothing outstanding. The value definitely didn't meet the price, and I will not stay there again.

Was told the pool was open , as we were visiting our grandchildren and to arrive and find out it’s closed, hot tub not working properly either.. rooms smell of musk and ants!!!

Went to breakfast at 8am and there was virtually no food left and they then had to put eggs and sausage in and it would take 20+ minutes. The breakfast area was not maintained, cleaned, or stocked.

Hot tub and pool out of order. That was the only reason we picked this property. No call or warning until check in and then it was too late to cancel. No ice machines on the property either.

Not much The room was more expensive than my other hotel stays and the pool was broken . Hot tub barely warm and jets didn't work . Bathroom tiny . Toilet very low. Bed lumpy and uncomfortable. Pillows uncomfortable.

Remotes didn't have batteries tv didn't work in bed room.

The breakfast was fine, the room was clean. Staff was excellant. Pool was not open and hot tub was not hot.

Good breakfast. Kids loved the pool.

Staff was very polite and professional. Allowed early check-in without any hassle. Property is very well maintained and clean.

Nice room. Our room did not have a hair blow dryer. However, staff let us use an open room that had a dryer.

We asked if they had a pool, but next time I will ask them for a thermometer to check the temperature of the pool water! It was freezing cold & I love swimming enough to get in a chilly pool, but it was very cold! The hot tub was very warm almost hot, so I didn’t go into that either. I’m fairly upset about it, because we code that hotel so we could get some excercise after driving all day. Very disappointed
