Super 8 by Wyndham Spokane/West

Clean and nice, only there a few hours close to airport.

The location is convenient but for $100 you should have the pool and hot tub open. You can definitely see its aged and been poorly maintained. I cannot believe it advertises that there is a pool and a hot tub. It was closed again. I have not seen it open in a very long time. Staff said it needed to be clean, but they couldn’t seem to get it done. Very disappointing. It’s one of the only reasons I stay at this hotel. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. False advertisement. Excuse excuses.

Waste of money

Superb

Very clean room and common areas. Smooth and easy check-in, friendly staff and free parking available. Pool area looked well maintained but didn’t have time to take a swim. Bed was a little soft for me but not too soft and loved the pillows. Nice stay.

The room was decent

easy check in, coffee in room, very clean bathroom no eggs for breakfast, bed cover was ratty

Quiet and convenient place to stay close to the airport. However, the hallways can be disinfected and cleaned well so it will smell fresh.

The hallway smelled musty and like cigarette smoke and the continental breakfast was not good they barely had anything and I checked out after 1 night and went to another hotel room somewhere else

It worked ok for us, Easy to get to the airport, shuttle provided. Breakfast was nice. Didn’t have much luck with the internet.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were disappointed about the pool and didn’t feel it was clean enough to use. They over booked the rooms and we missed out on a king bed but staff were happy to offer an upgrade. Location is close for those who are going to concerts nearby. It was easy to use Lyft/uber type services from this location. It was a good place to lay your head down.

Liked the location it was close to an event I was going to. The price was a good deal compared to other places I looked at staff was helpful Nothing really

Pool doesnt open till after checkout. Had to spend 46 mins fixing tv an internet only worked in the main area not my room

Location and price Lots of broken stuff, back door was broke and anyone could walk in. It was not very clean. Went into the room and they had the heat on at 87 degrees when the ac should have been on. Took forever to cool off

The staff were great. Friendly and helpful. The property is pretty neglected and our room had a bad smell.

Bad

Clean facility Location, which was hampered by construction, room was small, no place to hang a jacket, TV remote not programmed to TV. Hardly an open outlet for charging, had to move coffee machine because no outlet available...

Love the staff and they work hard!!

I’ve stayed there in the past and I promise I would never come back, but after reading that they had done a renovation I had to give it a second chance, and I was not disappointed. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable so I will be returning when I come back to Spokane. Thank you for your hospitality and see you soon. Steve
