Hate barn doors on bathrooms in general!! Very loud party on Friday night right below room. Luckily, we had a white noise machine with us and it really helped!! Otherwise, the hotel was lovely. Great setting right on the lake.

Very attentive staff, excellent restaurant, beautiful lake views, convenient location

The front desk staff member was very helpful!! The room was great and the balcony had amazing view of the lake

The rooms were amazing and being directly on the water is beautiful. There isn’t much of a beach and it was completely covered in seaweed the entire 4th of July weekend. The restaurant was also horribly run. They were completely ill prepared for the 4th of July weekend where we had to wait 45 mins for our breakfast once ordered. And they told us they didn’t have any of the ingredients to make any cocktails from their cocktail menu on a Friday night. All things you would think they would have prepped for ahead of the 4th of July weekend. That being said, the rooms were absolutely lovely and we hope to be back as long as they can work out some of the kinks.

Good property and location.

An excellent option. Quaint boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Their restaurant have a lot of gluten-free options. I recommend it!!!

One thing that we wish were different: the blackout curtains do not go to the ceiling or completely to the walls. Light from daybreak streams in above and around the curtains and reflects off the ceiling and walls illuminating the room. Not sure how this could be addressed. I awoke at sunrise both mornings as I did not bring a sleeping or eye mask with me. Two other notes: The lowest temperature the mini refrigerator can be set to is 39º F or 4º C. Think of it as a drink cooler, not really a means of keeping groceries or takeout from spoiling. As others have noted, there is no microwave in the room.

Brand new hotel that was so cute and comfortable. Felt more like staying in a cozy apartment. Bed very comfortable. Nice big bathroom and shower. Only negative I would say is the drapery does not keep out the light in the early mornings. Property needs to invest in some better window treatments. Great Lake location with a cute restaurant!

The property is beautiful and very clean. The staff is exceptional. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have an everything you need. Great town with lots of food choices. Lake Minnetonka is beautiful to wake up to right outside your door ? There’s nothing not to like at The Shoreline

Absolute gem of a hotel! I’ve enjoyed staying on two separate occasions and throughly enjoyed the quality amenities and friendly staff. I’m not going to go into details but there was a rather major mishap/inconvenience on our first stay and I debated bringing it up to management but before I had a chance they let me know they would be covering our entire stay. Lovely view great management and a cozy relaxing atmosphere I hope to enjoy again soon! I’m tempted to write a bad review just to help keep this place off the map haha

Stunning spacious room, loved the carpet and overall design and furniture was very pretty and also comfy. Bed was great and so was the shower. The building was pretty and the staff at the restaurant were very nice. It was a really stunning room but upon rather stay things were a little a miss. The curtain rod feel completely down when i opened the draping in the morning, the sliding barn door to the bathroom was just not properly designed. The door always came out of the track and was hard to open and close. The toilet bowl water ran for about 30 min after each use and the small mini fridge was very loud at night. The other main detail that was a total miss for me and would maybe keep me from returning was the balcony area was not at all private. The rolling gate was down in between me and the other occupied room. I had to keep drapes closed for privacy and also the gates in general were really not a great look and didnt give any security or privacy one would expect. I was a little shocked by these small details and normally wouldnt mention but this being such a new hotel and higher end I expected different.

No better place or people to be snowed in with!! The food is amazing, Hogan is a great server, bartender and found us a cribbage board to use, thanks to his Mom who also works there. Natalie made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to get back there this summer!

Awesome hotel in every aspect

Hours with the restaurant are iffy and lack of amenities makes it a bit basic.

The Terrance’s have spectacular views of the Lake, ice fishing, families walking with the dogs! Sunrises and sunsets! N/A

There was a flood on the first floor. We had to deal with water, wet towels, and loud industrial fans trying to dry the carpeting. The nex

The room was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was exceptional, meaning Natalie and Stephanie at check-in, to the restaurant and bar staff. The food (I had the halibut) was superb! I couldn't have enjoyed myself more! It was exactly what I needed. I can't rave enough about this place! Nothing!
