Overall, the stay was okay, but the hotel could use some updates. The rooms felt very humid throughout our stay, which made them less comfortable, and the furniture and overall appearance felt outdated. While the room was adequate, better maintenance and a few renovations would greatly improve the guest experience. Or, if you want it a little more direct: The stay was okay overall, but the hotel could definitely use some updates. The rooms felt humid the entire time, and the furniture and decor seemed outdated. With some renovations and better upkeep, it would provide a much more comfortable experience for future guests.

The front part where office was clearn . When side or back or room dirty out side.The room roach and walls dirty and ac didn’t work.

Superb

The check in was horrible. Doors were locked and couldn’t get in. Then a lady came to help and it took forever to check in because she kept dealing with her toddler. So unprofessional. Water pressure was non existent. Gaps around the door so cool air escaped. Bed was hard as a rock. I used Orbitz points to pay for this. Can I get a refund?

Close to interstate. No elevator. I had to drag suitcases up 2 flights of stairs at 60 years old. No breakfast offered.

My stay was rather scary here. There was a gap/hole in the corner of the exterior door big enough that any kind of reptile or varmint could easily enter.

The door had a gap to outside. The walls weren't very clean.
