Perfect location to explore Zion (next to park entrance walking). Pool with views. Many rooms with mountain views (not mine unfortunately). Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Grounds are beautiful, next to river bank. Pools and hot tubs are a little dated and surrounded by gates that somewhat hide part of the views, but still nice and worth it. Unfortunate timing for septic tanks cleanup mid day during my stay (better not be around lol). Otherwise one of the best properties in Springdale.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the Zion Canyon Visitor Center. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and delightful. The hotel has a beautiful, well-maintained garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere, as well as a great pool area. On-site parking was very convenient, and the complimentary laundry room was well-equipped. The room space was a bit small for all our luggage.

We stayed in 13 hotels in a 2 week trip and this was the highlight! Absolutely immaculate, excellent facilities and the location couldn’t have been better. We arrived late but still managed to get parking right outside our room. We were also allowed to leave our car parked at the hotel for the following day, allowing us to easily explore the park. We would return in a heartbeat.

We left one day earlier. Beds are uncomfortable. Pillows smells like urine even sheets suppose to be washed. No coming back is for sure. Special attention is the food upthere. Better cook for yourself. Staff unfriendly and feels they tolarate you because you bring money. Not a good fit. The whole stay was unpleasant.
