Fantastic location and beautiful property!! Walk right into the park from the hotel. People were so nice and helpful.

While it was a beautiful kept grounds the room did have some water damage in bathroom. But overall a clean room, no microwave and I wasn’t told about a microwave in lobby at check in. Would have been nice to know. Walking access to Zion and shops perfect 10. A tad overpriced for the room itself but I assume you are paying for location. I did need help with dryer at laundry and front desk guy told me to fix it myself. Yes I can unplug a machine but that response at 500 a night is the wrong answer.

Staff was great, gardens and outdoors was very nice and I appreciated all the beautiful flowers and gorgeous views, the pool was ok, one gate closed and locked, so it was inconvenient to walk around, and the main thing was the hot tub had no lights and felt super dark and had a very hard time finding how to turn on the jets. Our coffee maker didn't work in our room, so we had to walk up to desk for coffee in the am. The main disappointment was the spa. It was literally a dump...broken faucets, the steam room was out of service and under construction, there was dirty showers with broken and empty shampoo and eucalyptus spray bottles and shampoo pump barely worked not to mention the hot water turned cold after the dial went past a certain and very unmarked point so I spent 5 min just trying to get shower temp correct. The pool and hot tin are not part of the spa but part of the resort and a separate walk so it's not like the spa had any amenities! Just the massage (which was great in its self but not worth the hefty price tag). The front staff at the spa seemed disinterested when I mentioned any of this and even their lotion samples were almost out and the chairs in the waiting area were stained. I was charged $350 plus gratuity (happy to pay the gratuity as the massage therapists did a wonderful job) but I was thoroughly disappointed by it being sold as a "spa" for the price of the hotel ($600) the breakfast was not Included. I feel kind of ripped off. Not worth it.

Great location and beautiful grounds. Onsite restaurant was very good. Rooms are a tad small and renovated but still dated (light fixtures crooked, could only use volume on tv (hope you like tv land), bathroom door couldn’t shut (too big for frame), and floor was noticeably sloped. It was a very nice stay for our two nights and we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room. Staff was helpful and you can’t beat the 5-10 min walk on the private river side pathway straight into Zion village.

Everything was perfect, clean & modern!!

The breakfast was good. Our server was not so nice- looked like he was in a bad mood. The grounds & outdoor facilities were gorgeous, but we didn’t get to enjoy them since we were only there one night The room is very need of modernizing- especially the living room area & bathroom. For such a large amount of $, the room should have been MUCH nicer

Perfect experience!

Perfect location to explore Zion (next to park entrance walking). Pool with views. Many rooms with mountain views (not mine unfortunately). Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Grounds are beautiful, next to river bank. Pools and hot tubs are a little dated and surrounded by gates that somewhat hide part of the views, but still nice and worth it. Unfortunate timing for septic tanks cleanup mid day during my stay (better not be around lol). Otherwise one of the best properties in Springdale.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the Zion Canyon Visitor Center. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and delightful. The hotel has a beautiful, well-maintained garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere, as well as a great pool area. On-site parking was very convenient, and the complimentary laundry room was well-equipped. The room space was a bit small for all our luggage.
