Everything was really nice. Parking was right in front of my room so moving stuff in was super easy. The only downside was that the power shut off on me several times

Amazing staff on ground. Helpful, friendly. Location is in the middle of Springfield, easy to get to the Park Shuttle or walk the city The Lodge is a bit run down. It needs some upkeeping and renovating.

Good location Reception closes at 9 PM; we had been traveling all day, and when we arrived, the attendant said they were on the verge of canceling our reservation. Another point: breakfast doesn't start until 7 AM, which delays an early departure for the park; furthermore, it is served in small bags that have to be picked up at reception, as there is no actual area where you can sit down and eat.

Got in late and booked late, front desk was closed. call Emergency number. Staff was very helpful in getting us our key. Great location for a Zion hike.

This place is beautiful and the best. Convenient location, easy check in. Fridge and microwave on the room. Comfy beds. Very friendly staff, who recommended we walk to Oscars for dinner and it was perfect. Awesome hike to Angel Falls.

The room was very nice and clean but did have a couple of piles of leftover dirt on the floor but with it being a hiking area we can imagine it isn’t easy to get it all out while turning rooms quickly… the rooms are nicely set up, the only thing we wish is that that they had more soap/conditioner for our family of 4. The breakfast to go is a nice concept but fell a little flat for us…even our son who can get past

Great location for Zion. Just note that breakfast is a sack breakfast. Cold bagel. There’s an empty room they used to serve breakfast in and they need to go back to that. I’ve never had a bag breakfast and was NOT impressed. Everything else was good
