I appreciated this hotel. It was smallish, unassuming, reasonably priced, and it was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but perfect for a restful night's sleep while passing through. Check-in was the fastest I've ever experienced: "I have a reservation." "You're Paul?" "Yes." "Here's your key." My only caveat is that Springfield has lost many of its restaurants over the years, and upon my arrival Sunday night there were none open, only a Subway shop in the Love's gas station down the road a bit. But I'd stay at the Crawford any time I'm passing through southeast Colorado.

Although the outside is a bit worn the room was great. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. The water work. The air conditioning worked and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place

Clean and comfortable. Great water pressure. Nice Hot shower. Felt very safe and it was very quiet.overnight. excellent spot for one or two nights on the way through.

The check in was the easiest i have ever had. The hotel is old but very kitchy and i found it cool. The bed comfortable and the shower nice.
