I ate just as it was ending. Could not order. I did a few things from buffet. They were warm enough. Location near my family is good

The check in experience was a disaster. For over 2 hours, they could not find my booking and kept me waiting at the reception. After 2 hours, they found that the reservation was canceled and later they helped rebook the same reservation. The first impression was so poor, I advise people to think twice before booking

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the entire property was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back!

This review is for the staff/manager. I booked this hotel when my 9 pm flight out of EWR was canceled thinking I would be on the next flight out. Due to the volume of flights canceled due to weather I was instead going to be flying out of PHL in the early morning and had to head in the direction. Within 1 hour of booking a room at this hotel, I was requesting a cancellation due to the fact that Delta was flying me out of a different airport. The manager declined my request and kept the $250 for a room I would never step foot in. No sympathy or understanding for a traveler who was just trying to get home.

I needed assistance printing a document and the staff was very accommodating

When we arrived the computers were down and they couldn't find our reservation. We had to wait until they knocked on doors and found us a room. Not anyones fault but after driving 14 hours we needed a room.
