We liked our welcome when we arrived approximately 3:30 pm. The front desk person offered us an upgrade to have a jacuzzi, but we refused. We only wanted the room we booked with a couch. The room was very spacious and on the first floor, which is important to us, even though we didn’t request it. The front desk person gave us a list of area restaurants. When asked she told us about the Sumer House on the third page. We looked all the restaurants over and decided to take her recommendation. Our experience was excellent!

They allow dogs, conformable bed, helpful staff, close to interstate. Bathtub drain was moldy and rusty and there was a cleaning rag or towel on the shower curtain rod. I told front desk and they gave me extra points on my Best Western account.

Clean room. The most comfy beds. Air conditioning great. Breakfast was amazing. I want to know how to get the pillows. Didnt have a chance to go in pool, but have stayed here many times and pool was great. Can't wait to go back.

Slight negative was the bathroom counter space. Everything else was fine.

Perfectly adequate, if showing its age a bit. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the vending machines were either out of bottled water, or they were choking on credit cards. Not a big problem, because the guy at the counter has a stash of bottled water.

the breakfast is very good, and its right off of exit 7 of 91 north or south, i used to live in springfield so i enjoy the town i could not figure out how to use the shower so i just took a bath , it didnt slow me down
