The person that checked us in was wonderful but there was two other employees that were rather off putting. One person was flat out rude and another was very sparky. We ordered a pizza that said it was delivered and when it wasnt at our door we went down to ask and the male at the desk basically told my husband that he should know that the delivery people take it to the room. There was no need for the attitude. But otherwise the stay was okay. Being that there are limited hotels in the area the price, location, and amenities were what we wanted.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and fresh fruit, which were a thoughtful touch. Breakfast has a good variety of options to choose from. Another highlight of our stay was the indoor pool, which was clean, relaxing, and very enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would be happy to stay here again.

We liked our welcome when we arrived approximately 3:30 pm. The front desk person offered us an upgrade to have a jacuzzi, but we refused. We only wanted the room we booked with a couch. The room was very spacious and on the first floor, which is important to us, even though we didn’t request it. The front desk person gave us a list of area restaurants. When asked she told us about the Sumer House on the third page. We looked all the restaurants over and decided to take her recommendation. Our experience was excellent!

They allow dogs, conformable bed, helpful staff, close to interstate. Bathtub drain was moldy and rusty and there was a cleaning rag or towel on the shower curtain rod. I told front desk and they gave me extra points on my Best Western account.
