The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and fresh fruit, which were a thoughtful touch. Breakfast has a good variety of options to choose from. Another highlight of our stay was the indoor pool, which was clean, relaxing, and very enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would be happy to stay here again.

We liked our welcome when we arrived approximately 3:30 pm. The front desk person offered us an upgrade to have a jacuzzi, but we refused. We only wanted the room we booked with a couch. The room was very spacious and on the first floor, which is important to us, even though we didn’t request it. The front desk person gave us a list of area restaurants. When asked she told us about the Sumer House on the third page. We looked all the restaurants over and decided to take her recommendation. Our experience was excellent!

They allow dogs, conformable bed, helpful staff, close to interstate. Bathtub drain was moldy and rusty and there was a cleaning rag or towel on the shower curtain rod. I told front desk and they gave me extra points on my Best Western account.

Clean room. The most comfy beds. Air conditioning great. Breakfast was amazing. I want to know how to get the pillows. Didnt have a chance to go in pool, but have stayed here many times and pool was great. Can't wait to go back.
