Stayed here twice- both times pleasant experience- staff really friendly, rooms clean and neat. Great location across from BW3 and downtown St.Clairsville. Near mall, gas stations, etc. Free breakfast is nice.

It was perfect! The front desk person (Vickie) was very friendly and efficient, we were checked in within 3 minutes. A very dog friendly place, they even had a bowl of water by the entrance, as well as dog treats. Everything seemed brand new; carpeting, elevator, even the luggage carts rolled easily with plenty of hooks for bags. Breakfast was as expected, but very clean, and the person preparing the food was nice as well. Not the staff's fault, but the hotel was along a long and twisting road, so if you didn't have navigation, it might be hard to find. That's the only flaw.

The staff is incredible. I’ve never stayed somewhere where everyone is so friendly. This was our fourth stay here. It is our go to stop for our annual thanksgiving trip.

Rooms weren’t cleaned. Dishwasher broke in room. Had to move rooms 4 times. Beds are uncomfortable. Super cluttered

It was close too many restaurants and stores I did not like the employee Lorraine at the front desk. I did not like that the fact that my card was charged to for the stay when we checked in when we had already paid for this stay several weeks in advance. I did not like how hot the room was when we did not have the heat on and it was freezing cold outside. I do not like how breakfast ends at 9 AM.
