Chalet Motel

This is a DIY motel. The beds are good. Go there to sleep. Do not plan to shower. By 8am there is no hot water.

Spacious room, great value, kitchen, good water pressure Old carpet, not enough towels

The room was large and very comfortable - bathroom was set off by itself everything was Good! Internet was only fair - could have been better.

Clean room; affordable price

It was clean and comfortable I had reserved a room with a kitchenette due to my length of time staying there i brought food to be prepared while using the kitchenette. When I arrived I was told the room was not available and the room i ended up in had no kitchenette. I ended up donating sone if my food I could not use due to no kitchenette. I was lied to by the manager because I had paid extra for this particular room and was told be her, Christine, that all the rooms are the same price . She would not reimburse me so I ended up paying for higher quality room and received a regular room with no kitchenette. Not ok. She told me she the room i booked was unavailable and she couldn't get them to leave. So why was it available online for booking? her answer to my questions were Everything was the computers fault. Ive been staying at The Chalet for years but if this how you get treated amongst other issues I have had there then im looking elsewhere for my next stay. They have lost my business. I can't trust a manager who lies to you because she screwed up with the rooms etc. Who knows what else they will do during my stay there. It was all very unsettling and will not be back. The manager definitely has issues and the owners need to be aware of this type of poor business she is doing at The Chalet. Its sad I won't be staying there any longer, it was my go to place. But its definitely going down hill. Hopefully the owners can change things.

My room had just been renovated completely. Everything was new and nice.

An outstanding value. Clean, spacious, and accommodating staff.

Not sure if we will stay again in the future if this is the way the property is trending, which is unfortunate because we have been loyal to them for quite some time.

Room was clean but the toilet was leaking. Otherwise good for the price. Old but fine, staff was helpful, bed was clean and decent.

The property was clean and had little amenities that you sometimes don’t think about like a garbage can in every room instead of one for the whole place. Two suitcase stands and plenty of drawer space, etc. We stayed three nights and loved it.

Always good value and location.

good room size, location is accessible, clean floor/carpet is old and looks dirty that you always avoid stepping barefoot, room has unpleasant odor, with my five night stay no staff ever came to clean the room, replenish/change towels.

The AC worked great and with 102 degree temperatures outside we needed ut!

The room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioner worked well. The motel was within walking distance to restaurants and a laundromat. Checking in and out was contactless and easy.
