Didn't care for the window shade. Just have curtains or blinds.

I had to leave at six in the morning and there was no one at the desk to drop off the hotel room access cards. The room was disgusting. I walked to the shower in bare feet and when I got in the shower, my feet were black.

Clean room, nice staff, air conditioning worked. Breakfast was ok - nothing special.

Dirty, smelly, walls hadn't been cleaned in a really long time, sheets get turned inside out instead of washed. When we asked the guy at the desk for a new room and told him how disgusting the room was and why it smelled so bad he said he didn't know because he doesn't micromanage his employees. Well maybe its time to do so because the housekeepers are not cleaning the rooms.

Complementary breakfast needs some help. Waffles and bread is not great. Please offer some kind of protein. Even fake eggs would be an improvement.

I had a room on the second floor 260 and it had new flooring clean as a whistle with tasteful wall decor a large bar refrigerator a microwave a roomy bathroom a nice new shower head with instant on hot water my room was quiet and the continental breakfast in the morning was sufficient and the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful
